Our group very much enjoyed the stay here. Beautiful views and house! Awesome to go to the river and beach so close by. We did not want to leave! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The house is well thought out for multi- generational sleeping. Warm and homely. Good communal and outdoor spaces. Lovely NZ bush location - not far from beach and near to Kite Kite waterfall. Friendly hosts.

If you need to accommodate a good size family then this fine. Peaceful environment. However a couple of things was a negative for us. Considering the money we paid one would expect a coffee machine so we could make coffee. Probably the most annoying feature was SKY. We were all settling in for a good rugby event and had it starting on Sky. However we kept getting bump of because of too many users. As we were the only one on the house one must assume that the owner was also using this same access and knocking us off. This was most annoying and very disappointing.

This is the second time I have used this property. Great facilities, great location and perfect for large group gatherings. Geoff was very accommodating and communicated well. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were amazing, the kitchen was enormous (we had three people cooking at the same time), and the back porch was secluded and tranquil. It was like stepping into a little slice of heaven. Well located. Private. Clean, spacious and plenty of service facilities. It was a unique holiday we all enjoyed every minute of it.

The property exceeded my expectations. The beds were so comfy, I slept deeply for the first time in years. The owners were friendly and as this was a ladies weekend (11 of us) with lots of cooking on the agenda, we were all incredibly thankful to see such a well stocked kitchen for pots and pans! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful outlook, 2 mins walk to the start fo the falls walk. Would highly recommend.

Everything was awesome Some details, e.g. what's available in the house and house rules etc, could have been provided sooner as part of the booking process but really this is a small thing. Our stay was wonderful.

We had a magical 4 days here. This house is PERFECT for a large group - we were 3 families in the same bubble. Clean, very well equipped, lots of space, gorgeous property - river swims, chickens and 2 trampolines included. We will definitely be back. Geoff awesome host.

We stayed here for our wedding! We stayed with a lot of family and got ready here. It's such a beautiful location, we had some of our first photos taken here in the beautiful surrounding Bush. It was a great place for families with two big trampolines for the kids. The adults all enjoyed sitting on the deck having drinks once the kids had gone to bed. There was 16 of us but with 4.5 bathrooms that was no issue! Highly recommend. Could see it being an awesome place as a backpackers too!

Absolute bliss! We all had an amazing time. Location is ideal if want to be close enough to beach and further away from town! Had such a fabulous stay. All Enjoyed the house very much. Easy set up, beautiful and clean. Just beautiful! Recommended for anyone with big groups of people :)

My friends (15 of us) and I have all enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It has a peaceful vibe with an excellent view of the mountains and bushes. It is just a short walk to Kitekite Falls while Piha beach can be walked or drove from the accommodation. The place is very tidy and equipped with all the things you would need. My friends and I stayed in the accommodation during Christmas, so we had to do a lot of cooking. The accommodation has got everything we need to cook. It is also easy to talk to the host, Geoff. He is very approachable and responds to concern straight away. We didn't have any complaints during our stay. This accommodation deserves 10/10 for everything.

The property was very spacious and comfortable. The lounge area easily accomodated different groups of people doing different activities. The kitchen was large enough to cook for the whole group and we loved the massive fridge space. The setting was lovely and so close to the beach. Lots of great games and books to keep everyone entertained and the beds were super comfy.
