Room/apartment was clean and spacious, better than I expected for the price. The lunch buffet downstairs was great, affordable and very convenient. Area is nice and walking distance from many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the metro station.

Check-in process took a bit long, longer than expected.

I liked nothing not. I was completely pissed off about the Character of the Security guard and one receptionist. I don't know whether they connived to do that or not, but I leave it to their conscience. But for me I will never return to that hotel even if it's the only hotel in Barsha Heights.

I was surprised/overwhelmed about the treatment and humiliations we got from the security guard and then one Mr. Mohammed Akasim (receptionist) 5th May - 9th May 2024 Here is my story, I booked the place for my guests, and I had wanted to pay them a visit to know if they will need anything or my assistant. Surprisingly I was told by the security guard and the receptionist that I need for pay a visiting fee before I would be allowed to see them which initially they requested for my resident ID, when they realized I had one, they quickly twisted the whole issue to pay for visiting fee, Initially I thought it was a joke later did I know that they really meant what they were saying. During checkout also We were told to pay for 2.50 Fils that we broke something, like seriously. To crown it all, check out took almost 20mins which really affected our check in flight timing. I personally, won't recommend this HOTEL to anyone who wanted a genuine peaceful place to stay. I even told them guys; I will review the hotel online so just be careful and the reception told me he doesn't care.

The location was convenient, near the metro station and not far from downtown

The service was surprisingly short. They would not call a taxi for me, insisting that I download the taxi app. I had to call the manager, who first also insisted on this, and then he called a taxi for me. You rate a 4-star? no way

The hotel is very clean, the cleaning service is excellent, the food in the restaurant is very rich, abundant, the coffee delicious, the restaurant manager 10 points, very friendly, gentleman, polite and attentive, happy with my stay there, the hotek is 10 points, I recommend it!

The house keeping team was friendly and helpful

The front office (reception team) it's seems that they are so stressed non of them are smiling or friendly, even all sample request are not accepting with ice face.but to be fair it's only one lady I believe she's African she's good and friendly on the team,I appreciate her assistant.
