Luxury Barn Conversion sleeps 11 in idyllic Herefordshire countryside
Owl Barn est une ancienne grange de luxe contemporain situé dans le calme et la tranquillité de la campagne Herefordshire. Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes, il dispose de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. La cuisine et salle à manger ouverte est parfait pour la restauration jusqu'à 12 avec une grande table à manger et beaucoup d'espace. Le premier étage fait la plupart des vues magnifiques avec un énorme salon et grande cheminée avec poêle à bois. Il y a chauffage par le sol tout au long et tous les appareils modernes que vous attendez. Dehors, il y a un bain à remous qui est opérationnel toute l'année et un grand jardin privé. Il y a un parking pour 6 voitures et un grand patio entoure la propriété. La grange est située dans un hameau calme en pleine campagne et est entouré de champs et de bois. Il y a beaucoup de sentiers et pistes cavalières que les clients peuvent prendre pour explorer la région.
La LEOMINSTER ville de placard est à 5 miles avec Ludlow et Hereford étant à environ 12 miles.
Également à proximité est la belle vallée de la Wye et bien sûr du Pays de Galles est juste à la frontière. De nombreux clients aiment les nombreuses activités de porte de sortie disponibles dans la région, ainsi que les villages noirs et blancs.

A wonderful, well equipped barn that provided everything we hoped for. So much flexible inside space & everyone really enjoyed the garden & hot tub.
It is a very well designed property for a family holiday in a lovely quiet location. The hosts were very friendly & helpful & we couldn't fault anything.
We would highly recommend Owl Barn & will hopefully return in the future

We were 4 families coming together to celebrate my father’s 70th.
The barn was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 11 of us to relax (8 adults and 3 young children)
Downstairs was 2 bedrooms (one had the bunk room attatched) and upstairs was another 2 rooms and one of those rooms included a little mezzanine with single bed. These rooms were great for those of us with kids.
Each room had access to its own bathroom and there was a seating area both upstairs and down. There is also a hot tub in the garden which was utilised by our party several times during our short stay.
The property is very well maintained and spotless and the owners made a point of checking in to ensure everything was ok. They even left us a lovely hamper of goodies on our arrival which was very much appreciated. It’s the little extra touches that make it special.
Overall this was a fab property for a largish gathering and if you are looking for a peaceful getaway from noise and pollution then this is the ideal place.

Our family (5 adults and two children) had a wonderful stay at this great spacious modern house with fantastic facilities. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend a stay here.

My family and I have been on many staycations but this place tops the lot. We couldn't fault this amazing barn. It's going to be impossible to beat! If you get the opportunity to book this place then please do.

Amazing stay
Wonderful property in a quiet location. Fitted 8 adults and two babies easily. So much room both inside and outside, we were lucky with the weather and spent a lovely evening sitting out side listening to bird song whilst eating and drinking.

Wonderful property with an expansive garden, more than enough room for our family of 6 adults and two under 3's!
Becky & Martyn are exceptional hosts and the house is every bit as good as the pictures. Would HIGHLY recommend for a 'get-away-from-it-all' break although transport is a necessity for getting about.

Excellent house in a lovely setting
We stayed the weekend as a multigenerational group to attend a wedding nearby. We wished we’d been able to stay for a week. The house has everything you need and more, really well equipped and lovely airy rooms.

We booked Owl Barn for a family Xmas (6 adults and 5 children). It was beautifully decorated for Xmas including 2 trees (complete with an owl on the top). The goodie basket was a lovely touch. The barn is well equipped (though it was a good job we took a pan for the turkey) and the layout worked well. Plenty of indoor and outdoor things to keep everyone occupied and happy - books, toys, games, DVDs etc.
Lots of outside space too, though too wet for us to really enjoy it.

Amazing property! There were 10 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday celebration. The owners were on hand whenever we needed. Everything was catered for. The accommodation is immaculate, clean, spacious, modern, just amazing! The surroundings are beautiful, we were so relaxed and comfortable. Will definately be visiting again without a doubt 👍

Fantastic place to stay away from it all
Owl Barn is an absolutely lovely place to stay and we had a great week here with our children and my sister's family. It's tcked away down the end of a country lane, in beautiful countryside and has a fantastic wraparound garden.
The barn conversion itself is a beautiful building, which was well appointed, comfortable and spacious.
We loved spending time in the garden, with games of badminton and the hot tub, and cooking, bbqing and eating together at the big tables indoors and out, and going out for local walks. There's lots to do within a short drive and Becky and Martyn were great hosts. We'd love to come back.

We stayed at this amazing cottage for the weekend and was very impressed. The cottage itself was very spacious and clean and the gardens were beautiful. The only negative feedback on the cottage would be the 2 bedrooms that lead into another bedroom, this was difficult as one bedroom would disturb another to go to the bathroom at night. Another negative feedback point was that the wifi signal was poor, I had hardly used my mobile during my stay and needed access to the internet for personal and work purposes. Overall it waa a great stay and the location is very private with loads of walk options and the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host visited us daily to see if everything is fine and was very accomodating when needed.

Lovely peaceful location
We had a lovely few days at this modern well equipped house. Adults, Children & teens all had fun. Wonderful peaceful location real get away from it all feeling in the house & large garden plus surrounding countryside. Very friendly & helpful property owners.

Such a happy weekend
Owl Barn is fabulous!
The 2 living spaces are so spacious and light with comfortable furnishing and a very well equipped kitchen.
There’s plenty of room in the garden to play croquet (which we took with us) and other garden games stored in the property.
We ate all our meals outside on the vast patio, enjoying sunshine all day long. The hot tub was a great bonus, enjoyed by all.
This is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend away with family and friends.

Beautiful barn. Wonderful stay.
This is a fantastic abode for a larger group. Me and 8 friends spent the weekend here to celebrate my birthday and what a weekend it was.
Owl Barn was clean and spacious with incredible views . The architecture has a ‘Grand Designs’ vibe about it; the layout gives everyone their own space but you feel connected with the rest of your party thanks to the mezzanine. The areas of glass flooring also help with this, as well as letting in extra light into the space.
The kitchen is well equipped and there’s an abundance of board games and sports equipment to keep yourself busy. There’s also a hot tub which we used on the last day, I highly recommend it! The beds are extremely comfy so you’ll have a lovely sleep if you stay here, the facilities are actually some of the best I’ve seen. The only thing that could be improved upon is the WiFi strength but once you’re inside this place you won’t miss looking at screens.

Wonderful accomodation in beautiful location
Eight of us booked for a combined 130th year birthday celebration 🙂�. Owl barn totally exceeded our expectations. Becky & Martyn
were very friendly hosts and have really thought of everything you could possibly need when away with family. The children were constantly finding new things to play with and the game of "It's a knockout" will go down as one of the highlights of the holiday! Rooms all fitted to high spec. Hot tub a real bonus. Look forward to returning to Owl Barn in the future.

Owl barn has been renovated to a very high standard and sits in private grounds giving total peace and relaxation.
Martyn and Becky are amazing, friendly hosts who can't do enough for their guests.

Stunning property with excellent facilities
Great stay, the property had everything you could ask for in terms of kitchen equipment, outdoor equipment and toys, loads of indoor toys, games, DVDs and books. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and modern. Stunning property with huge beams , definitely has the wow factor. We had a fantastic stay thank you, our children loved playing with the friendly dogs who visited every day!

Amazing, chilled long weekend away!
We had an amazing weekend away at Owl Barn to celebrate a 30th birthday, 27th birthday, combined with a friends reunion.
The house is incredible; so spacious and perfect for a chilled out weekend, including a sociable kitchen/diner and a cosy lounge. The wood burner great to relax.
The beds were extremely comfy and we had all we needed to mark our special occasion! Split between 11, the accommodation was very well priced!
The hosts and locals were friendly and welcoming which adeed to the experience.
