Had a confirmed booking was not able to transfer the deposit due to internet problems. Was refused to be checked in so was left stranded
Receptionist really did not understand me and brushed us off

Service was very good, Staff served us breakfast, very friendly and helpful. The staff are so helpful with any questions. Close to attractions. Our room was also spacious, clean and very comfortable. Love this place!

They charge me INR 300 more than my room charge mentioning that Booking.com charge comission from them. I would never recommend anyone to book it through any online portal as they do a lot of mess upon check-in
