Beautiful villa situated on edge of town with great views. Outdoor space is superb. A couple of terraces and amazing outdoor kitchen.

Das Haus war wunderschön und für uns 6 Frauen auch komplett ausreichend. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Würde allerdings jedem empfehlen sich wirklich ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man sich die Insel komplett angucken mag. Das einzige Manko waren die Hühner vom Nachbarn, die einen manchmal den Schlaf in der Nacht verkürzt hat, da sie anscheinend sehr Nachtaktiv sind. Aber nach paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich daran 😉 Ich bzw wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist für Familien perfekt geeignet und es ist alles vorhanden, damit man sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und betreut. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Haus war ok . Schöner pool der alle drei Tage gereinigt wurde . Für die heissen Nächte wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen . Wifi hat auch gefehlt . Flugzeuge haben nicht gestört . Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt .

Die Villa ist in einem guten Zustand, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Angestellter reinigt den Pool täglich für 15 Minuten, wenn man die Koordinaten besitzt, findet man das Haus auch super einfach. Sehr zu empfehlen! ABER: Kein Wifi. Das ist dann wohl ab Oktober verfügbar.

Wer auf der Suche, nach purer Erholung ist, macht bei dieser Auswahl (Haus u. Umgebung inklusive) absolut nichts falsch. Man ist von Olivenbäumen umgeben, genießt wundervolle Sonnenunter- und aufgänge und braucht zum beliebten Magic Beach mit dem Auto ca. 10-15 min. Ich empfehle hier, sich unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten, da Supermärkte etc. ziemlich weitläufig sind und die Taxipreise willkürlich hoch bestimmt werden. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber und lässt an Wünschen nichts aus! Würde es immer wieder, bei einem Aufenthalt in Kos mieten. Das einige kleine Mäkelchen ist ein fehlender Wäscheständer, sonst ist alles da. Vollste Zufriedenheit :)

We enjoyed our week at this place so much. It was all clean and much better than expected! We had everything we needed there and even more! We all highly recommend this place! We would definitely come back again!

First of all, everything about the property was just as in the description. Beautifully located with a view on green gorge and with a sea-view from the upper terrace. Milky way visible at night with bare eyes. This villa is very well-designed, fitted into the narrow garden, spacious without being too-large. Cozy and tastefully modern at the same time, with a lot of fine art and nice furniture. Also, what is a major advantage for tourist from Central Europe, very miditerranean. The exterior of the house is actually very picturesque and we have amazing vacation photos from the terrace and around the swimming pool (which was another huge advantage). There was no problem with the water, kitchen was very well equiped (dishwasher, a lot of glasses, plates etc, refrigerator with ice-maker and many more). Master bedroom is modern with open bathroom which did not bother us however you need to like the idea. No air conditioning available however we used fans during the nights. Comfortable beds. Nice exterior furniture as well. And the host - Jean-Philippe - was perfect. Very communicative and of perfect hospitality. We contacted and we were asked if we need anything, adviced about car-rental company (which we used gladly) and places to visit. It's been just great 5 days we wished we could stay couple days longer. We surely will tell about this place to our friends and close-ones. Amazing vacation. And all that in the time of Covid-19, for which our host also prepared the house: masks and hand-sanitizers were available for us.

Herzlichen Dank, Jean Philippe, für den netten Kontakt und die Organisation rund um unsere Anreise, es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir wurden sehr nett von David am Flughafen in Empfang genommen und zur Unterkunft gebracht! Das Ferienhaus ist idyllisch gelegen, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, ganz besonders gut hat uns der Aussenbereich mit Sommerküche, Loungebereich und Pool gefallen, so nett!!! Wir hatten entspannte und schöne 10 Tage auf Kos und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)....... schade nur, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert hat.... Freies WLAN nicht unbedingt nötig, wäre aber z. B. hilfreich zur Planung der Ausflüge gewesen ;-) Für Ausflüge perfekt gelegen, kurze Anfahrtszeiten ( max. 30 Minuten) in alle Richtungen!!

What a beautiful well kept modern house in such a peaceful location. The pool was large and we used it often to cool down. Communication with Jean-Philippe was perfect, David met us in the village, showed us around and left us to enjoy. The pool was cleaned every day and although there was non we knew if there had been any problem David would have sorted it out for us. Loads of places to eat and all at very reasonable prices. Check out process very easy too and literally ten minute drive to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay Jean-Philippe!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Haus gehabt. Selbst der Empfang durch Sokratis und David war nett und freundlich. Bis auf die nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine war alles bestens. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Den Mietwagen sollte man auch über Sokratis nehmen. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

The house was clean and nice, and it was everything the pictures showed. Plenty of space and a good kitchen with a lot of equipment. Also the pool was nice and clean with some beautiful views. Everyone we were in contact with during our stay were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The only small places for improvement in my opinion would have been air conditioning as it was very hot and wifi as the internet is used a lot these days.

Wir waren 2 Wochen , zu sechst, mit zwei Kindern (3/6) in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es an dem Objekt nichts zu bemängeln ( defektes Rollo , ab und zu kein warmes Wasser, Lagerschaden an der Waschmaschine ). In Antimachia selbst gab es leider nichts bis auf ein paar kleine freundliche Supermärkte. Von da aus kann man mit einem Auto die Insel auf schnellsten Wege erkunden oder in der Nachbarstadt gut essen gehen und die Strände sind auch nicht weit. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer schöner Urlaub .

Nice Pool , many terraces The view we really liked it We travelled with to Kids 1 1/2 and 5 years old- there is no railing at the terrace or around the Pool or at the indoor stairs We are Used to that - but i think For many Families it s difficult I think the House is perfect for families with kids 5 years or older Area: Perfect destination to Go to Every Point at the Island ( you need a car), town is not nice but you get everything you need Close to the Airport- at the Weekend and in the evening really disturbing ( for us / Kids slept welk) Unfortunately 2 km close the Airport. (take off direction ) Altogether Really fantastic House - unfortunately to close to the Airport

La maison est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Rien à redire... Nous avons apprécié la localisation au calme mais centrale pour découvrir toute l'ile. Les conseils du propriétaire pour les visites et activités étaient parfaits. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr sauberen, guten Zustand vorgefunden. Der schöne Pool, die große Terrasse mit Außenküche, aber auch der Blick auf's Meer von der erhöhten Terrasse im 1. Stock haben es uns besonders angetan. Da Antimachia sehr zentral liegt, sind alle Inselteile von Kos schnell erreichbar. Die Nähe zum Flughafen stört in keinster Weise. Der Pool wurde täglich von der guten Seele des Hauses David gereinigt. Mit seiner fröhlichen Ausstrahlung und seiner bemerkenswert gastfreundlichen Art, bleibt uns David auf lange Zeit noch in besonderer Erinnerung. Dieses Haus können wir besten Gewissens absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool, tolle Aussicht, voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Kleine Einschränkung – keine Klimaanlage im Haus, so dass es im heißen Hochsommer sicherlich sehr warm wird…Der Flughafen ist ganz in der Nähe, teilweise sind nachts auch Flugzeuge gestartet und gelandet, die deutlich zu hören waren. Ansonsten super netter Vermieter und tolle Betreuung vor Ort, inklusive Abholung vom Flughafen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Property is very spacious, lots of outside areas, patios, pool and dinning area. The property is set in a rural area which is lovely and quite. Local shop provides basic ingredients and the local taverna is very friendly and traditional. Local bus available but car needed if you prefer to travel around a lot. Some very pleasant walks in the area if you are interested in the local sites.

A l'arrivée la voiture de location nous attendait à l'aéroport. Cadre et maison agréable avec toutes les commodités. La piscine Top. La cuisine d'été génial. tout était parfait.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und sauber. Außerdem ruhig gelegen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Uns wurde ein Mietwagen problemlos vermittelt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich am Flughafen empfangen und zum Haus gebracht. Insgesamt hatten wir zwei sehr schöne Wochen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

We have spent a few days in Villa Antimacchia and we have found it very confortable. The swimming pool is really nice and the bedrooms are decorated with charm. A very bright and spacious house, near from the center of the village. Thank you Jean Philippe and David! Noemí

We booked to stay in this villa for a fortnight in June, with our children (4 yr old and 2 yr old). Pros: Villa clean, tidy and nice decor; good kitchen with appliances; 5 min car ride from beach, airport and supermarket; local shop was walking distance; pool man very nice and friendly and brought us fresh eggs :-) great views and surroundings from the villa and lovely seeing the birds flying around. Quiet and located in a rural area. Cons: No proper air conditioning (have the use of fans), wires left hanging/coming out of the walls throughout the villa (dangerous for kids and looked unfinished), outside around the villa and pool area there is a 4-6 ft drop approx (one area there is a door for maintenance of the pool to give you an indication of the height) with no fence/barrier around the villa. This unsettled us so much we left to come home a week early. Children were watched and close to us at all times but worried they would fall over. This is misleading in the photos so please be aware. Owner can take several weeks to reply to emails and this was after several reminders/follow up emails had already been sent. Would say a car is essential. Good villa for adults.
