We had a wonderful stay! The view was to die for. The AC worked so well. The couch was updated as precious posters said it was uncomfortable. The owner had Bacardi, beer, eggs, cheese, bread & pineapple juice for us-I thought that was so nice. We had some problems with the trundle bed and there was a leak in the closet but the owner was on top of it and took care of it right away. This was a wonderful condo and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Carolina. The condo is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. The unit was clean and spacious, although the furniture is looking a little dated. The ocean view more than compensated for the furniture. The beds were super comfy. The location was so convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the beach and pool were delightful. What we found exceptional was all of extras provided to us. The fridge was stocked with milk, bread, eggs, cheese, and juice. There was coffee, cereal, and even a bottle of rum. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs, towels, and even sunscreen. There was a safe in the bedroom. These little touches made our stay absolutely delightful.
One criticism I have is the very confusing parking. One of the attendants in the lobby was delightful and helpful (a very sweet woman), but the man who worked on Sunday morning was not. When we explained that we were having trouble getting the garage gate to open when we were trying to exit, he told us we would have to wait until Monday to get our car out. Eventually we got the gate to work, but his response was unacceptable. Also, the lock box and front door lock were difficult to work, they may need to be replaced. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in San Juan.

This was different than our usual tropical resort stays. Unique trip in that way. And safe!!! On one side of the building, you have local businesses, high-rises, bars, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping. If you go through the lobby, you are on the beach. It’s like two different worlds.
The beach was never busy. You can rent a tent for $10 and lounge chairs for four dollars each. Long stretch of beach for walking. You can walk down the beach to restaurants.
The condo itself is on the 16th floor and has an absolutely stunning view. The water is an unbelievable color. The condo had everything we needed. The hosts were kind enough to leave us eggs, cheese, bread, bananas, and some Puerto Rican rum. We had beach towels, an umbrella, sand toys, and chairs.
The smaller bedroom does not have a TV and the beds are twin daybed mattresses. Personally, I didn’t watch TV the whole time I was there, so it didn’t matter.
The kitchen was fully stocked, and complaints earlier about the cookware have been remedied. Previous complaints about stained furniture and bedding were not apparent. Looks like the couch has been replaced and the bedding was fine.
There are 4000 Ubers in San Juan and so unless you’re venturing out to other parts of the island, you do not need to rent a car. Most Uber pick ups are within a matter of minutes. We did rent a car but didnt explore & didnt need it.
Across the street are bars, a small strip club(if you’re so inclined), and 24 hour restaurants.

The condo was homey and clean. The parking garage is confusing at first, especially trying to exit. Make sure to note this place is in the oestre (west) building. The pool and beach were so convenient. It was helpful having a Walgreens and restaurants nearby. We recommend Kintaro.

Had an amazing time with my husband and daughter. Location was optimal and within walking distance to all. Bus stop was right in front of the building. Apartment was cozy. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. It was my favorite place for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. The owner was very thoughtful. From the coolers and beach supplies to basic food and rum that was there waiting for us upon arrival. I was so amazed. Loved everything about this place. Would definitely return!!

I checked in on August 31, 2023, everything went easy and smooth, apartment had everything you needed (beach chairs, towels, and kitchenware for cooking). Owner provided first few days with cheese/turkey/bread/eggs and juice…such a thoughtful touch). This is my 2nd time staying at the building in a different unit. My stay was wonderful. However 2 small things that need fixing, the balcony door was very hard to open and close all the time and the living room AC unit wasn’t cool enough plenty of times (not sure because there is a wall unit right underneath and it blocks the airflow). My stay was short until Aug 4 and wasn’t in the apartment much so didn’t get a chance to call management and report these issues. I am hoping and don’t doubt that with my review mgmt will read and addresss/fix these issues in the apt.

The view is amazing but that's it. The pictures you see were taken a very long time ago. The sofa has holes, the carpet is dirty, the coffee table is full of scratches and stains. The pans were so old that the teflon was removed. Some plugs were coming out of the wall. Blankets had pee stains. The plumbing in the bathroom was so old that it broke during our stay. The AC in the master bedroom was very old and as noisy as a car. The building is old and damaged, it is the worst on the beach. The neighbours are there to party around the pool and are screaming the whole evening outside. I called the manager the first day with my remarks, she brought me clean blankets and new pans, the second day I had no hot water because the bathtub faucet broke. 2 guys came the whole afternoon to fix it, they had to break the wall. After 2 days in this nightmare, I have asked the manager to leave and to be refunded. She told me that she will talk with the owner and let me know. She never called me back. Her husband called me to say that they were sorry of the situation and they were not able to fix it earlier because the apartment is booked all the time. He was trying to find excuses for everything. They are on an island, it takes a long time to receive a new couch, bla-bla-bla. They didn't agree to refund me, they are just not honest. I don't understand how you can rent an apartment in this shape. It's the first time I have this king of experience with a short term rental. It is a shame.

The apartment was excellent; the in-unit W/D and pool and beach equipment (towels, chair, toys) were particularly great amenities. So easy to grab stuff and GO! The Marbella is a great spot: great pool and one of the best beaches, meaning there are food vendors, umbrellas and chairs for rent, etc. Just steps from the condo.

Amongst the top of the list of vacations we have been on…and we vacation a lot. Puerto Rico as a whole is a beautiful place. Hard to believe more people don’t talk about it. Great food, legit beaches, absolutely fantastic people. The condo was great. The ocean front view was magnificent. Entering the condo, the backdrop of the ocean was unbelievable. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy beds, full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer in unit & beach supplies. Only thing I would recommend is exchanging the ac unit in the Master bed to one similar to the living room as the unit in the Master is quite loud, especially at night when sleeping. Not a complaint, just a recommendation. I would definitely put this on my list as a re-do vacation!

This was our second time staying at a condo in Marbella del caribe. The host was super accommodating. Property was very clean and was plenty of space for me and my two tweenagers. Washing machine looked new and worked well. Everything was within walking distance (groceries, CVS, Walgreens and Playa papaya restaurant and juice bar is a must! Right across the street). You can walk right out to the beach from the lobby and love that it’s a gated entrance (a key fob gets you in and out to the beach). Parking was conveniently located on the basement level (private and secure). Beach games and toys as well as chairs, umbrella and towels were provided and much appreciated! Kids enjoyed a day at the pool which was clean and quiet and perfect for what we needed for a “rest day”. We were welcomed with beverages and light refreshments which was great after a day of traveling. I always look for rentals in this building when traveling to Isla verde and will be looking to book this one again on our next vaca! Thank you Jesuan and team for all of your patience and help! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Perfect Location
Atlanta View is the perfect location. Would have given a higher rating, but I was not informed the washer did not work prior to my visit. A washer and dryer were a major necessity when we were looking for a place to stay:-(

Great place and services.
The Oceanview from the balcony was amaizing. The apartment amenities met our needs entirely. All the apartment was great, with the exception of the sleep sofa that needs replacement. Is supposed to be for 2 but the condition as is, it will not hold. But everything else in the apartment and facilities are great.

Best part was the balcony having a glass of wine and looking over the ocean that was fantastic the apartment was very clean satisfactory satisfactory but did not have hot water but again that’s my fault I should’ve contacted the management and I’m sure they would’ve told me how to get hot water hopefully I’ll be back there again soon

My wife, our three kids and I recently stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was simply amazing. Ocean views from all around, steps to the beach and the swimming pool, short walks to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and more.
The apartment was very clean, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys that my youngest son thoroughly enjoyed.
When we arrived, the apartment was stocked with eggs, cheese, turkey, soda and paper supplies, dishes and cooking ware were fully stocked.
The building is very secure, it is gated and key fobs are provided to get in and out of the building, the apartment came with a parking space that was easy to get to and steps away from the elevator to the apartment floor.
Communication with the management team was seamless and the instructions to get to the apartment and obtain the keys were detailed.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico, we spent many nights on the beach as well as in the swimming pool, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest, did a day trip to Culebra Island and walked around Isla Verde.
The apartment is in a great location as a base to visit all that Puerto Rico has to offer as well as staying right on the beach where you don’t have to go far.
We really felt at home in the apartment from and we look forward to having the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Great place on the ocean in Isla Verde
Recently stayed for 4 nights.
Communication with owner and property manager was seamless.
Apartment had all that we needed - well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds, and located in a great area of Isla Verde- right near hotels, restaurants, grocery , and pharmacies.
Everything that we needed was within walking distance of the condo.
The condo was well kept, beach chairs and beach towels were provided.
Condo had great views of the ocean , and was literally 50 steps to the beach.
Can’t wait to return to Isla Verde.
