Great location for our visit. Well appointed apartment. Very much enjoyed our stay!

This apartment has a very good size, lovely sea view from living room. Pub opposite. Italian restaurant downstairs. Close to town and seafront. Woolacombe and saunton sands close by. We also visited lynton and lynmouth which I recommend to visit.

The apartment was tidy and exactly what we needed. There was a small mix up with bed sheets but that was seen to very quickly by the landlord who responded almost instantly.

Great stay , only glitch was the parking and no washing machine in the flat it’s self, but new these before when booked, great holiday thank u x

Good location, accommodation basic but clean. No welcome pack such as milk which would have been appreciated.

Entering accommodation was easy. Flat was clean and had everything you need for a mini break. Central location with stunning views.

Dropped on lucky to get this appartment on edge of town with views to die for, every amenity needed at a really reasonable price. 100% recommended.

A fabulous 2 bed flat. On the second floor, lots of stairs so not for the less abled. A lovely stay.

2nd time staying here. Lovely apartment,very spacious. Great balcony with view of sea & capstone right in front of you. Lots to discover in Ilfracombe,Tunnels,Raparee Cove,walking. Location is excellant to get to nearby beaches of Croyde,Woolacombe & a few miles for Watermouth castle.

First class just what we wanted nice quiet time to relax

The property was in an ideal location, lovely views. The flat was very nice, unfortunately there is an ongoing problem that there is no cold water, reading the guest book this has been over a year now! We boiled kettles to allow to cool to use for drinking, teeth cleaning etc. Overall it was a very good stay and we would use it again.

The apartment is fabulous and has everything a family of 4 could need. The children lived the toys and games. The photos do not do the place justice. It was immaculate and so homely. The balcony and window seat have stunning views of Wildermouth Beach and the sea. The location is perfect for walking all over Ilfracombe and we particularly lived Tunnels Beaches, Rapporee Cove, the harbour and Verity statue. We also love Woolacombe Beach. We had no problem with parking outside the apartment in the allocated space, after we politely asked the owner of a vehicle parked there to move. We could not have had a better holiday and we will definitely be back soon. Big thanks to lovely Naomi and Leanne.

Lovely property with great views and within walking distance of all amenities. Only draw back was on second floor and carrying all bags up loads of stairs.

Excellant decent sized flat with a huge window looking out to sea & capstone rock. Very central in north devon to all great beaches.

Fantastic little find, perfect location, lovely property for the four of us. There were quite a lot of stairs to climb, especially with all the luggage but well worth the stay. Parking isn’t guaranteed, but there are a lot of car parks to stay in, we were lucky to get the space, so bonus. Very well equipped, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, tea towels, anti-bac hand wash all supplied, which is very handy to know. The photos actually don’t do this place justice. We felt so comfortable as soon as we entered the property and Naomi was kind enough to save our parking space and also open the balcony doors as it was hot!! The property was so clean and had everything we needed! We shall definitely be recommending this property to anyone we know. The location was perfect. Thank you for the break we needed! Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location with sea view & stunning sunsets

My partner and I stayed at the apartment for 3 nights over the new year celebrations and we weren't disappointed! The apartment is in a great location, has a fantastic view of the sea and was well equipped with everything we needed for our break. Its is a spacious, modern and cosy apartment that we didn't want to leave! A big shout out to Noami the housekeeper for greeting us and the owner Leanne for all prior correspondence! We would definitely recommend the venue and hope to visit again in the summer! One last recommendation in the Ship pub which serves good food and reasonable price drinks! We will be back.....

The accommodation is excellent with very nice sea view. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and atmosphere is excellent.

Enjoyed our stay -very comfortable. View from lounge/kitchen area is amazing. Lots to do & see in local area. Plenty places to eat etc although easy to eat in as has fully equipped kitchen.
