The location was great just outside the noisy area but everything was easily reachable and the hotel gives you bikes for free. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful.

It was really difficult to have a good WiFi connection.

Close by the ancient city center. Quit but nice quarter. Hotel is really a Pearl in Hoi An. Highlight is the super friendly stuff. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain

I cannot recommend Golden Pearl Hoi An enough! We arrived too early for check-in and were able to leave our bags and take the (free) hotel bikes to the beach. We were also able to leave our bags and take a shower after check-out so we were nice and fresh for our flight! The room itself was gorgeous and very clean. We used the pool and had a massage, both of which were a real treat! The location is also great - a short walk to the centre of Hoi An but far enough out that you can relax by the pool without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was delicious - it had something to suit all tastes. By far the greatest strength of Golden Pearl is the staff! They were so attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the second we left. As well as helping us arrange our airport transfer/massages etc. they took a real interest in our wellbeing - repositioning air conditioning units for us whilst we were sitting downstairs and offering us showers after check-out! We felt very at home at Golden Pearl Hoi An and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic hotel, great location for visiting An Bang beach. Loved that it had free bikes too. Easy access to the old town by Taxi around 50,000 dong (£1.50). We would definitely recommend a visit to the Memory show which staff will book for you which takes you through the history of Hoi An. it was truly amazing. also worth making lanterns. Pool at hotel is good and the breakfast is amazing loads of choice and great coffee too.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An old town, located right next to the rice fields. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help us from organising tours to giving food recommendations. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Gym was a little outdated but nonetheless still useable.

The arrival at The Golden Pearl Hoi An Hotel was the most amazing welcomes we have ever received. The staff literally invite you and receive you as one of their own and this continues throughout your stay. If you're visiting Hoi An the staff will assist with everything there is to know about the area and will facilitate all excursions, visits, taxis etc etc. Breakfast is ridiculously good with tonnes of variety and tonnes of food that sets you up for the day. The food and service at breakfast is simply 5 Star! We have travelled the globe but this hotel represents everything good in terms of service, cleaning, food and just a wonderful vibe. The rooms are bright and clean, well equipped with TV and kettle and replenished supplies and towels. The bathroom is large with a lovely shower. The pool is gorgeous and there are other services like the gym and wellbeing and massages. The hotel is a short walk from the Old Town, but it's a great location and escape from all the noise and crowds down the old town. Plus a Grab Taxi is £1-2 or 50 dong so it's a gem of a hotel in this amazing and beautiful little town. There are bars and restaurants on the same street so we stayed local a couple of nights and saw places we wouldn't have experienced had we booked in the old town. Next time we're in Hoi An we're coming here again 100%.

The hotel was really pretty. We had a large room. Also the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and if we had any questions, the reception desk helped us at any time. We had such a comfortable stay.

Staff, facilities, everything

mountain view, huge and sunny room. we like balcony. we’re vegetarian, they prepared vegetarian breakfast for us. staffs are really helpful and warm heart. nice entrance. it was airy.

The location was great, nice and central, clean comfortable room,large pool and close to a good variety of tasty foods, friendly and helpful staff made for a excellent holiday, would definitely recommend Golden Pearl Hotel.

Breakfast was good. Reception staff were amazing especially Jade, Crystal and Citrine. Free bike rental was really helpful and allowed us to explore.

Room service spaghetti for our daughter wasn't great.
