Place was a nightmare to get into, guards wouldn't lwt us into the building and treated us like criminals. The host was hard to get on to and kept us waiting. 5 of us stayed there and only 2 towels were provided, no toiletries in the bathroom, only half a roll of toilet paper..

there are so many beautiful pools and beach . the unit was good,clean.

It was a little bit far from the airport. But the owner helped us a lot!

it’s not a proper hotel. it is a private residence rooms where some investors bought apartments and now they are renting through booking. once we arrive in the reception didn’t know about our reservation. I had to contact private host where before no one told us about that. host was late more then 1,5hrs !!! I don’t understand as I clearly left information what time I’ll be there. same situation on the check out. I told my host I have a flight at 11am so I need to check out not later then 8am. she was late 40 minutes with my deposit. joke ! and this beautiful swimming pool you see on the pictures is not available for guest only for residents. for guests is way smaller and you need to pay extra for it and obviously crowded as hell. 4 lifts to get upstairs and queues 10 meters long as 2 are only for residents and two for guests where there was no resistance in the queue we still couldn’t use two extra lifts. would never even stay there again.

The beds were comfortable. The AC was cold in both rooms. The TV was large and worked fine. There are restaurants directly below the property for a quick meal. The bathroom was also good.

The pool was also an additional fee which was disappointing, this needs to be explained in the listing. Also, Breakfast was not provided. If it was then instructions were not provided for breakfast. We used Booking.com "message the property owner" and it was delayed so we had to wait almost 1 hr to get into the property.

the host Ms. Emily is so nice, and accommodating. She is indeed an asset. The same with the security guards, very courteous and attentive. My son truly enjoyed the kids pool as well as the sand. We had a great time staying there!

Due to overcrowding in the pool area, we were Not able to really enjoy and maximize the time spent in the beach. The fee that we paid for the pool was not worth it. I suggest, there should be a control of number of pax in using the pool/ beach area and longer swimming hours.

The pool and convenient access to basic amenities supermarkets and grocery stores.

It took us more than 30 minutes before we were able to check in and check-out despite the advance notice of our arrival and departure time.
