The swimming pool did not have water. The breakfast is not a buffet. Air conditioning did not work great in all rooms. The rooms were cramped.

The Manager Mohammed went all the way, to try to accommodate his English speaking guests. I am so impressed that he has learned so much trough using google translate and other apps. The rooms need some tender love and care, but for the price, one can't complain. The breakfast was nicely made, buy serving each guest a big try with different Turkish breakfast goodies and ones choice of coffee or tea. All in all thanks to the staff, this hotel is on my list of hotels to return too.

I stayed three nights and my room was not cleaned during that time. I don't know if this is, maybe a normal procedure, to be more inviorment friendly maybe?

We had a great stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The double room was perfect for what we needed.

The breakfast each morning was varied. The location was a 20 min walk to the beaches. For the price per night it was a fine stay. More like a hostel/motel than a hotel. The room is very basic, but the AC worked.

I was very disappointed that I messaged the hotel asking for transportation options from the Izmir airport to the hotel. After paying on $60 for 3 nights at the hotel, I was told the only option was a private transport that was $60 each way from the airport. I paid (though obviously on a limited budget staying here) and found out later that there are regular shuttles from multiple companies that go from Izmir airport to the bus station in the city (a 10 min walk away) for $1-3. When I asked the hotel manager why he didn't give me this option he said "well you didn't specific ask for that." Just a way to make an extra buck. Very disappointed in this level of service and would not stay here again.

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The owner went above and beyond to help me during my two night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, central location. Good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Location to the centre and promenade was acceptable.

Room Space for the travel cases and for movement too small. Toilet, shower and handbasin sharing the floor ie everything gets wet when you shower. Breakfast plate, did not like this and it was boring.

Our cheapest stay in Turkey and didn't disappoint - Receptionist staff were very helpful and courteous - location was great near to the beaches and Dolmus start point

The staff is very welcoming and professional, have a perfect English. The room is not smoky. Shower products and slippers are present in the room. Everything is perfect, even the breakfast, for the price.

Great location... walking steps to the Kusadası Sahil Beach. Nearby lotf of food and shops. Receptionist is the most professional i have seen so far in Turkey. Explained every detail out and offered exchange of currencies that are better than those found in the market. Very convenient for us Street parking was good as car can be parked right in front of the hotel.

If more variety in the breakfast and more portion to be given it will be perfect, Breakfast was just enough for me. But wished i can have more.

The room was nice and had a little balcony, they serve a decent breakfast and the staff at breakfast were lovely.

We had a very disappointing experience with the manager. We asked to extend our booking for 1 extra night and were told "no problem" and we paid for the extra night a few hours later. The next afternoon the manager said he'd made a mistake and we couldn't stay as the hotel was full, meaning we had to check out the next morning and find a new hotel at short notice. Since a room was still available on booking.com when we asked for the extension we were very unhappy about this. He also said he "hadn't checked the computer properly" which was confusing as he used it to confirm the price when we paid the extra. We found an alternative and then sought out the manager to refund the unavailable night. He would not refund the money to the card we used, and insisted we take a cash refund which we didn't want (but had to accept in the end). Later that night, he then offered to try and "squeeze us in" the next night - a ridiculous statement hours after telling us the hotel was full and to find a new room elsewhere. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessary. It is a real shame considering how great the other staff members are and the facilities available. A separate point is that the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, and the shower wasn't great.

for this price it doesn't get any better near the center. it is full of shops and restaurants around. I didn't have breakfast, but I drank coffee.
