The Location is in the midst of Bonifacio Global Center (BGC), the place to be in the Philippines at the moment. You can easily go to the top restaurants and bars of the place in just a few minutes of walk. Around the corner is a parking Lot, which we used, can't remember the rate but it seemed OK for overnight. All in all it was worth its money for overnight. Would be interesting if the price changes if booked for longer periods.

The shower was calcified but it worked. I wouldn't turn on the "chandelier", if you do so just for a short period, coz it gets extremely hot. You won't be able to enjoy the bed upstairs🔥 even with the air condition on super turbo.

Property owner suggested option for internet connection.

T&C (check in at 2:00 PM exactly and not later than that) was not specified prior to booking. Property owner did not accepted 7:00 pm check in and suggested to commence booking the following day. Guests were instructed by property owner to use back entrance / elevator at basement rather than using elevator at the lobby. Guests came without water though sorted out after a while. There was no wifi connection for more than 5 hours, property owner suggested other property on the same bldg provided that guest will clean the existing booked property and just only use the living room on the proposed property replacement. Php 850 per day for cleaning was charged on me, so why would the guests clean. Advising not to use the bedroom is extremely unacceptable. The property was booked and paid for three guests however, not enough linens and blankets were provided. Property owner when talking to guests were as if guests are asking for favor by staying at property for free. Agent at Booking.com was not helpful, sort of blaming the guests on why we did not check the reviews, wifi connection prior to booking.

i had a great time at this place. amidst pandemic, the place made, feel secure. it is very near to all the transactions I have to do during my stay. Strongly recommends this.

The location is quite nice and the loft was spotless.

Just few things to be fixed like the steps and coffee table to make the place perfect.

Didnt realize what a'loft' actually meant initially! Not anybody's fault though. We are seniors in our 70's & a loft condo shouldnt have been our choice for a place near Shangrila Hotel where we had our Gala Night last Feb 20,2020

The Owner is not accomodating. We book for 4 but only 1 towel provided. The room smells dusty. Useless wifi and tv.
