The pool area - Wet Deck - was amazing. Drinks a little pricey but worth it just for the view.
Road/ traffic noise at night. We had a Tower view room on 17th floor which overlooked a big road junction. Even on the 17th floor it kept one of us awake most of the night.

Friendly staff all round. From the check-in staff to the breakfast staff and the guys at the ground lobby. Superb facilities with comfy beds. Delicious breakfast and hassle free buffet where the nice staff help to send drinks to the table. Special mention too for the staff honesty when I left my bag after breakfast.

Room was amazing. Staff was all so friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful with a great location.
Shower door would not close properly. Fitness center had broken elliptical and limited other options. Toilet paper in hotel bathrooms was not great quality.

Good location, great view from room,big breakfast spread, good service at restaurants, big room, many mirrors , face cleanser provided is a plus and very comfortable bed
Writing counter away from the window when it should be closer to light especially when the lamp over the counter is not bright enough.
The cup for the coffee nespresso machine is a tad too small and overflow spillage occurred.

Property was great and staff were nice and professionally. Walking distance to the mall. Also swimming pool with a view. They also knew it was our anniversary and they gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay and little surprise in our room. Thank W!

Funky, modern and yet still comfortable, the W provides a cool escape from hectic KL. Staff were so welcoming and kind, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the location meant that we could walk to Bukit Bintang in ten minutes, the Petronas Towers and KLCC in two.

Location was Right next to the Petronas towers.
The pool area needed sun loungers though, it just had uncomfortable chairs that weren’t convenient of comfy. Not sure if they don’t want people using the pool- but not inviting
