This house is lovely and spacious with high ceilings, a great covered lanai and screened in pool and spa. The house is quite new so everything is in great shape. The kitchen is stocked with every imaginable appliance and has enough dishes, glassware, silverware and cookware to handle a multitude of guests. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The mattresses are comfortable and the decor of the bedrooms is very nice. In the garage are several bicycles and helmets for riding around the community, floats and noodles for the pool, and beach chairs and coolers if you plan on visiting a local beach. There are a ton of beach towels in the hall closet. There are vacuums, Swiffers, and numerous cleaning supplies to keep the house neat while you’re there. There is a large capacity washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as an iron and ironing board. There are multiples TVs, Alexa, toys and games for adults and children as well as children’s books and Legos. The Paseo community is beautifully landscaped and the lanai faces a pond with a fountain. The clubhouse has several pools, a gym, a library with computers and printers, and several dining venues. It’s hard to sum up how relaxing and homelike this house and community were. We enjoyed it tremendously. Our hosts, Sandy and John, responded quickly to any questions we had and we appreciated the effort they made to make this a very special rental.

Sandy and John’s house is immaculate. We had an incredible month to celebrate our newborn and coming out of COVID lockdown. The house have everything you need for a perfect vacation and it was spotlessly clean. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living room is a perfect place for family time - awesome couch and chairs, stunning high ceilings, TV with loads of apps. The kitchen is well stocked with dish / glass ware, appliances, and spices. The garage has pool toys, beach supplies, and bikes. The best part of the house is the lanai and pool overlooking a beautiful lake and forest. We relaxed in the “hot” tub (we didn’t heat it since it was so hot but you certainly can!) and watched ducks, birds and bunnies eat. Our 4 year old learned to swim in the pool (we brought an instructor to the house) and our 4 month old loved her first swims. The Paseo resort is a true experience. The tiki bar and Sunday pool parties were our family’s favourite part of the week. The food there is excellent! We used the gym a lot, which was a real treat after months of lockdown. We only walked/biked around a couple of times since it was so hot but the community was very well kept. I even saw an alligator in a lake one coolish evening. We found lots of things to do with the kids around Fort Myers. Our favourite place is Southern Fresh Farms and Dingo Brewery right across from the Paseo gates. I loved this place, only wished I could’ve have stayed longer. The location, property itself, was beautiful. Plenty of space,very clean, and thoughtful touches. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach. Pool and Lanai were wonderful for relaxing and reading. Hope to return soon. Thanks again for a awesome 30 days.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home for two months (Feb-Mar 2019). It was stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. The home is part of the community of Paseo which has won numerous awards for its resorts-style living. On site pub and bistro as well as tiki bar at the pool are great perks. Close drive to both the Red Sox and Twins spring training facilities are great for the baseball fans like us! We would not hesitate to book this property again!
