Cosy comfortable little room. Clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay over night.

There was no breakfast. Location is good but some distance from the city centre. local pub is excellent.
This is a very bijou room. Had only one fork and knife - not ideal for two. so small that nowhere to put clothes. Card table to eat off was not working.

Fairly quiet accept for the smokers constantly coming and going and coughing phlegm up outside.
Stain on the bed sheet. The bed at a joint problem (they where loose) an it was bent in the middle. Better than sleeping on the floor but noisy and a funny shape.

Great location. Short drive to Plymouth centre. Spacious and very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Towels were big and fluffy. Parking was easy, and right outside. Easy to use, keyless entry system with automatic lights. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied, and good sized mugs. Great comms from the owners.
Great looking bathroom with rainfall shower, but surprisingly and sadly the water flooded out of the shower tray and onto the bathroom floor.
The bathroom window didn't open, so it got very hot and steamed up as we took turns to shower.
Wasn't expecting biscuits, but having booked for 3 people was slightly strange that there were only 2 biscuits left out.
The Wi-Fi was hopelessly poor.

Great location. Easy to use code to get in to the room. Well thought out room with plenty of sockets with USB points. Also had a fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and mini ironing board. Lovely shower room too. Small single room but perfect for me. Pub at the end of the road and a shop and takeaways just across the road. Parking opposite.

convenient and clean good location lovely walk around Hooe lake and a big common with play park on the doorstep. there were two pubs in walking distance and parking near the accommodation. Free overnight, then after 8:00am a limit of two hours and no return within four hours.
The room was very small, with our cases in we were rather tripping over each other. Washing up the dishes was done in a bowl filled with a kettle as the sink (in the lavatory) was really only about big enough for a glass to stand on - very shallow and tiny. Also didn’t like washing up dishes in the lavatory.
