Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. A lot of renovation has clearly taken plans and continues to, as they expand. But nothing disturbed us. The lake and beach are just a short 5 minute walk from the Guesthouse. The breakfast was a nice experience, too. We really felt like guests rather than customers. By the way, the pics don't make it clear, but we had the room with one king bed and two twins, and the twins are actually located in a separate bedroom, so the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Highly recommend!

An ideal guesthouse. I got great value for my room, which had a table with bar stools, couch, and best of all a balcony with a mountain view (I believe there is only one such unit). The owner Dmitry was extremely helpful, checking if everything was okay and fixing an issue with my showerhead and arranging an excursion to nearby gorges. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, different each day, and even available earlier than the stated time of 9am based on my daily plans. Be aware that if you speak Russian, Dmitry is very chatty and you might have a very long (and interesting) breakfast!

Fitted sheets over the mattresses would be nice, but that's a small issue.

Dmitriy and Irina are very friendly and nice hosts, helping with different requests. Breakfasts are sooo big, tasty and huge that you won't be hungry till the middle of the day :) A room was clean, spacious and warm (heating by air condition) and has all what you need: kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer , good wifi and sofa. Guesthouse is located in 8 min from bus station and in approx 15 min from the city center

The host made our stay superb! He was very welcoming, greeted us, advised on visiting hot springs nearby (which was a great idea after a long day!). The breakfast was amazing, homemade omelette and cottage cheese, better than at most buffet breakfasts. It was a family-like experience. They also have a sweet cat which always is a bonus.

Excellent location, close to the beach and not far from the city center, extremely friendly host, clean and perfectly equipped rooms with refrigerator and water heater. The breakfast was simply delicious.

Very good guest house. New, clean, close to the beach, nice owners and tasty breakfast

The location and facilities were all good. The breakfast was great. The wifi worked well. Previous reviews said there was no bedside table (there is now), and no socket by the bed (there is one. And extension cable was also provided).

The windows didn't open, only the balcony door. There was no way to pin it open, so when it was windy it banged and at other times it creaked. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

The room itself was modern comfortable, clean and warm. The property is close to the beach, which was great off-season as we had it completely to ourselves. The owners are very generous and flexible, in terms of dietary requirements / timing for breakfast, etc. They are a very friendly couple that are very hospitable and helpful. For example, finding cheaper and cheaper and cheaper travel options!

Everything. Good people, nice place, nice breakfast, close to the beach, quiet, helpful.

Scrumptious and hefty, prepared by the owners themselves, even made accommodations for my husband who is a vegan. The location was perfect, comfortable distance to walk to town center and to the beach. A bonus was its proximity to the little Zaton Lake, just behind the property. We loved it!

Garbage dumped by holiday visitors along the way made for a very sad sight. Something ought to be done about this, whether it is the peak season like the summer, or not.
