We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was in a great location for easy access to the beach, golf, and Harbour Town. Easy to ride bikes to all of Sra Pines Resort area. The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities.

You should make it clear that the rental agency has the VOUCHER for the parking pass. We were charged $9 for a day pass because we mistakenly went through the gate before picking up the voucher. The rental agency should have reimbursed us the $9 but didn't. Not the way to start a vacation.

This property was a surprise to find on VRBO. And as a result, I expected a surprisingly wonderful property.
This is not exactly what I got.
). I The following are my comments regarding the house we rented on Hilton Head Island at 10 Woodbine .
Basically, we were very disappointed in the house. It was poorly maintained and dirty
Several switch’s did not work and some lights bulbs were burned out or missing
There was very little equipment example : 2 dish towels for six days that’s really not what I would expect in a luxury home
Also we didn’t have hot water and called for maintenance and were told the connections were reversed. This is unreasonable

15 years and counting on annual family HHI trip. Second year for us at this house and it is pretty perfect for family accommodations.

This home has a great location and floor plan. My family consists of six adults and four children. We had ample space and the kids loved the pool, while the adults loved the spa. Property managers were quick to respond with answers to questions and came on site as needed quickly. My only negative was the blue chairs (which we enjoyed sitting in) need a deep cleaning as do the curtains (the tops of the curtains in master are very dirty, which you notice since you hand close them).
Overall we really enjoyed this property, and since HHI is my “heaven on earth”, we come often and I would rent this property again in the future.

Never have we stayed in such an amazing rental. I can’t begin to describe how EVERYTHING was not just perfect but BEYOND perfect. From the location, decor, cleanliness, being well equipped, and an excellent management team. We had such a wonderful time that we are already planning our next visit.

Lovely home and just an incredible experience while in Sea Pines. Literally no qualms at all. The kitchen is expansive, the family room is comfy, the rooms are ample and the backyard is divine. Definitely recommend 10 Woodbine for any family stay. This had the perfect setup for our two daughters and my mom. More than enough room for all without bumping into each other.

Everything about our stay was great. The house was as expected. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the bikes. The only possible negative is the $100 a day to heat the pool is a lot. We would definitely rent this house again.

This was a Great House if you plan to utilize the bike trails to get around to see the sights (four bikes were included and renting a couple of more for my parents was a breeze). We used the rental place listed on the fridge and the customer service was good. We were able to take the bicycles over to Harbour Town, the beach, the nature preserve, and probably could’ve taken it to the salty dog although we did drive there. There were tons of restaurants accessible by bicycle. The location is off the 13th Tee and my dad enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the golfers. It was a relaxing location. We also got to see tons of wildlife while we biked around. The house itself was well equipped and everything was in good working order. We paid to heat the pool which never quite got up to swimming temperature however it did include the spa and everyone enjoyed that. We would definitely return.

Sea Pines is a remarkable community with multiple restaurants, golf courses and nature. You really never have to leave it to enjoy the beach, food or just lounging by the pool at this remarkable home. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend Sea Pines and this home, in particular, for your next trip.

Great property with responsive management team to any issues that arise. Would suggest requesting heater for hot tub to be turned on before arrival if your interested in this option which was nice once it got heated up. Would return to the same property with family again and the same community with access to beaches and trails to walk and bike on safely with family. Couldn't have been better! We loved it!

This rental property was so accommodating for a family of 8 . The layout of the bedrooms and such were perfect. The kitchen had everything you could need or want (well equipped). The scenic golf course in the backyard made for lovely views. If I had any negative it would be the pool was smaller than appeared in picture and we did not have access to any other pools in Sea Pines. We loved our stay and would consider this property again if we had access to a larger pool. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This property is very well appointed, decorated, but the kitchen is above and beyond with all the gadgets and serving plates you could want. Upgraded knives and other items that make this a great place to entertain and stay IN, during the quiet nights at Sea Pines. Walking distance to Country Club for a simple night of drinks etc.

5 guys of a 20 person annual golf trip stayed at this immaculate property!
Proximity to the 3 golf courses was excellent. House was clean with fresh sheets and plenty of towels.
Didn’t like that one bedroom tv didn’t work and the other master bedroom tv seemed to only have streaming available although i could be completely wrong since we never called maintenance to ask. lol. I feel sure they would have had answers and assistance as they were easy to reach and seemed quite willing to help with any matter.
We look forward to renting to home again next year.

The property was splendid, everything was as advertised. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the home. I never had to request any special assistance as all appliances, including the pool and spa were operational.
without taking it way anything from the property, Sea Pines resort has a PR problem, limiting Renters' Access to the beach from their clubs. I understand the limitation in Parking, however, guests should be allowed to walk into the area.

Family vacation
The house was nice. We all had a great time. The location was good specially for golf. We took nightly walks on the golf cart path. The only negative thing I have to say about the property is was not clean. The concrete area around the pool area was very dirty. The floors was not vacuumed. The rental co should get a different cleaning crew!! Overall we loved the house just wished it was cleaner then it was.

Seven ladies who met 54 years ago in college reunited at this beautiful home in Hilton Head! The house was magnificent. The four bedrooms were spacious and lovely as were the three bathrooms. The living and dining areas provided ample space for all of us. The location in Sea Pines was wonderful and provided great biking, walking and beach opportunities. We love our house!
