Anna is super responsive and ready to help, the apartment is small but equipped in a quiet location. If you want peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you

The place doesn’t have signs or an official location o google maps, which makes it harder for transfers/transport to find you. Anna was as helpful as possible, but even sharing instructions with drivers I struggled a bit. Be mindful that Ubers do not get there and you need to buy everything you need because there’s nothing around

The apartment is spacious, with a large bed and a large, well-furnished kitchen that comes in very handy, since there aren't nearby places where to eat. Air conditioning is working fine and the large windows all come with mosquito nets. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach, which is accessible only to the people staying at the local residencies, so it's basically private.

The building overall could use some rework. It's not good-looking compared to others in the area. Sargassum seaweed is each night washed ashore. Nearby properties each morning would clean their beach sides, but, at least during our stay, Casa Kay didn't. The pool is shallow and small. The shower was decent but rather small and water pressure was low.

The property has a 3 story building that only has 3 rooms right on the beach. Each room has a balcony overlooking the beach. The views are amazing of the sunrise, and it's a great place to relax and watch the surf and the pelicans flying past. There is one other room that doesn't have an ocean view. I highly recommend getting one of the ocean view rooms. The room was not large, but definitely enough for 2 people. It was very clean and has all the essential items. Drinking water is provided. The caretaker Enrique was always available to answer questions, and he brought me a fresh coconut water and a boogie board. One thing to note, he doesn't speak English, but if there is something important he will call Ana who was also very helpful. This all relates to my experience of getting up one morning to find my car battery was dead. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are in Puerto Morelos which is 15-20 minute drive north. It is best to shop before arriving so you have food, drinks and snacks with you.

Dieses Apartment hat eine atemberaubend schöne Lage - sensationelle Aussicht auf einen traumhaften Strand von der geräumigen, wettergeschützten Loggia im 2ten Stock. Das Haus liegt idyllisch in einer mit niedrigen Ferienhäusern bebauten Gegend - ruhig und Abstand zum Nachbarn, ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ansonsten - ein grosses Zimmer mit Gepäck-/Ankleideraum & Bad - mehr braucht man nicht um gemütlich zu urlauben. Wir waren 5 Tage hier, hätten es aber auch 3 Wochen gut ausgehalten. Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet, die kleine Küche ist gut für die Zubereitung von Ham&Eggs und Kaffee zum Frühstück, zum Dinner sind wir meist ins idyllische, ca. 15 Minuten entfernte Puerto Morelos gefahren. Nach einem Strandspaziergang freut man sich auf die Aussendusche, den kleinen Pool, Schirm & Liegen sowie Hängematten. Die Klimaanlage sieht nagelneu aus und funktioniert sicher gut, aber wir haben lieber alle Fenster aufgemacht. Die Fliegengitter halten die Moskitos fern, der Durchzug sorgt für allzeit frische Luft. Ana sorgt sich rührend um die Gäste - aufgrund logistischer Probleme (Gepäck, Auto) kamen wir einige Stunden verspätet an - sehr spät abends. War kein Problem. Ach ja - das Apartment war blitzsauber. Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Cancun, Tulum oder zur 'Ruta di Cenotes' - mind. ein dutzend Cenotes aller Arten liegen max. 35 km entfernt.

.... ein Restaurant in der Nähe wäre nett, aber das geht nur mit mehr Touristen/Rummel. Und wer will das schon ;-)

The location and the beach are amazing! If your wish is to escape the chaos and relish in nature and tranquility, then this is the perfect destination. The hostess is welcoming and friendly. Despite the hotel's apparent age, the apartments are clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The only improvement needed is the provision of a designated area for drying swimsuits and other items. We've observed a common issue with this aspect in Cancun's hotels (Yucatan). Thank you! Our time here has been the most enjoyable during our stay on the Riviera Maya.

The beach, the turtles hatching and laying eggs outside your door, the views and remote privacy fab! Liked security and privacy

Aesthetically needs work outside but quite good on inside, patio furniture needs to be upgraded, 2 plastic chairs let the place down, water pressure bad, bare minimum equipped kitchen

This property was absolutely above our expectations. So private and beautiful! We’re coming back for sure.

- since our room didn't have a ocean view, some outdoor tables would have been appreciated
