Cleanliness and the location

Rooms are a bit small to walk around

Rooms were clean, staffs were good and friendly. Food was good.

A bit difficult in getting money changed. Like if I have INR 500, they wouldn’t have change

Basic facilities was missing (tea kettle not there in the room at the time of checkin), hotel does not provide the dryer. Breakfast was very bad no juices and timing is 9:45 after this they do not provide breakfast) Basic courtesy was totally missing, i will not recommend to anyone.

Location was just right with easy access to local transportation.

Some policies were not guest friendly and the staff could have handled certain requests with a more hospitable approach.

The staff ensured that my room was spotless throughout my stay, and they were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions.

It was a wonderful experience. Staff were good and co-operative. The location was good. The hospitality offered was good. The rooms were neat and clean. Therefore I would suggest people to stay here.
