They did not provide complimentary breakfast to us, even though it was paid extra for it and it reflected in my booking pdf. They said it was not shown on their system. Booking com customer care also couldn’t help. Wasted our money as we had to eat outside. Lift also wasn’t working during our stay. They kept saying maintenance is going on. Cleanliness was poor unlike the photos they show on the website. Overall experience was very very poor.

The location was somewhat convenient, as it's close to a metro station.

Breakfast was not served at all, despite being advertised. The hotel claimed that breakfast is only available if booked directly through Oyo Rooms and not via Booking.com, which was frustrating and misleading. The first room we were given had a broken window and was infested with mosquitoes, forcing us to request a room change at midnight. The bed also had small insects, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The second room was slightly better, but it still had an unpleasant odour that made the stay uncomfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the room looked nothing like the photos online. The property is old, with leaking and mouldy walls. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
