Best value for money that we found in Tulum

Nothing worth mentioning...

The room is plenty large and super clean. Check-in and out are easy processes. The courtyard is our favorite. We just ordered pizza from next door and enjoyed the privacy of relaxing there.

The credit card machine was broken. Otherwise, all was perfect.

It is near ADO bus station. The nights were quiet! The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I think it is one of the best in this price category in Tulum.

Extremely loud every night til 0500 in the morning. Low water pressure, drain doesn't work, couldn close the window....

Great location. AC and internet worked well. Comfortable and safe. Staff were friendly (English was a bit of a problem). Clean.

Such a nice place, the pictures are not showing the place well enough. It’s simple but as a nice terrace, it’s super quiet and all the furniture are new!

Location was very good, very closed to ado, convenience store and restaurants. Room was big.

Wifi was very unstable. Water pressure was very weak.It's pretty expensive for what you could get. But that's Tulum I guess. For one or two nights is still ok.

The accomodation has everything what you need for sleep. We have no troubles here.

Wifi is not strong. Showers were weak and not always hot. Think cool and refreshing.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable bed and AC in the bedroom. Wifi worked perfectly. Shower has a good water pressure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is basic but offers all you need. The place is close to Tulum's main road so you can get around easily. I would definitely recommend.
