Good location, on the beach, food and shops walking distance. Close to airport. Had everything needed in the rental, including beach chairs and a cooler. Was smooth checking in and out.

We enjoyed our stay and most enjoyed the location on the beach. The unit worked for our short trip for our gymnasts and was within a short distance to everything we needed.

The location is great! Many shops nearby and great restaurants. Was pretty easy to get in and out and security was nice. The room could have been better. Bed sheets could be the right size (looked like it was a double sheet stretched over a queen), the dining room light didn't work, and wifi in the building is slow. A little more cleanliness/updating would make this room an A+. Loved the additional beach gear provided (I believe 4 chairs and beach toys). Maybe some additional towels for larger families (we were 7, 4 adults and 3 children and only had about 4 towels). If I could give this room a 3.75 that's what it would be. Owners were very helpful in getting into the unit. A+ communication.

Overall great! The only disappointment was our view. There is a building directly in front of the condo, which is not really shown in the pictures.

We didn't get to check in until after 5 because it wasn't ready. We only had beach towels stocked and very limited toilet paper. I messaged Victor and he was responsive and let me know someone would be by the next afternoon to get us toilet paper and towels. They arrived at 9:29pm. There were a few roach sightings and dead carcasses. The pool is great and location is good. AC was freezing. Condo def hasn't been updated but again, wasn't horrible.

It was very secure, loved having the pool, friendly and helpful security staff. Location was perfect!!!!

Overall we had a great experience, the unit itself was as described although the pictures are a bit deceiving as it was smaller than depicted. It was very suitable for our needs though. Some of the furniture is getting a bit tired and the blinds in the bedroom could be replaced but we did not spend much time inside. The location was perfect, great views of the beach, walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, it was lovely. The staff and the other residents were very welcoming and the grounds and facilities were very well kept. It was an awesome pool, very big and clean. Security was top notch. Victor was very good to deal with. Thev apartment was very well equiped with cleaning supplies, lots of bath towels and big beach towels. Fold up chairs and pool noodles were provided for our use. A couple of larger pots would be welcome in the kitchen, we borrowed one from a neighbor. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We thank Victor for being so helpful and accommodating helping us to secure medications and other personal items we left behind in the condo. He did everything in his power to help us even though it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The condo is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, swimming pool, eateries. My family walked from there to el viejo San Juan several times. The view from the balcony is great. All that said, I want to mention a few things that would make this place memorable. In all honesty, this condo needs some major work. The shower in the master bedroom doesn’t drain and water accumulated for the last three days. Luckily, there was another bathroom. There is no hand towel rack in the master bathroom. The wall behind the pocket door, which is really hard to open/close, is unfinished. The mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced. It sags in the middle and it squeaks every time we moved. The are no pots and pans in the kitchen, not even to boil an egg, just a small sauce pan. There a very few cups and glasses, at least not enough for our group of five. The refrigerator has rust everywhere and looks like it has been sprayed-painted a few times. What is supposed to be air conditioning is not. Luckily, you can open the sliding door and let in the ocean breeze. Not so in the master bedroom as the windows don’t open. There are these portable a/c units in the two bedrooms that are noisy and are on all night. There were no kitchen towels nor enough hand towels. We contacted Yari and got them the next day. We thank her for that. Thanks for opening the property to us!

Pool is very good, but the beach is too rough, impossible to swim, we got stuck in the elevator during the blackout, it was shocking, I am claustrophobic, apartment is livable, everything is basic, we used beach chairs and other beach supply, it was good, air-conditioning was necessary and worked 24/7 except several hours of blackout, overhaul it was OK, but because the beach is not suitable for swimming, we will not be back to that location

This condo is in a great location but the pictures posted show a brand new condo and not the current state of extensive wear and tear. Stains on the furniture, cabinet handles corroded, cracked and missing tiles, torn blinds, thin bed linens, no paper towels or drying towels in the kitchen. One bottle of cheap shampoo in each bathroom, no conditioner or body wash/bar soap. The condo was clean, air conditioning worked great, hosts had good communication but this condo needs some repairs/upgrades. I have spent far less and received so much more from other rentals.

We travelled to PR for a family vacation and decided to stay at this property since we had previously stayed in the owner’s one bedroom condo years ago. While the condo is an ideal location, it truly needs upkeep/repairs and photos do not reflect it’s current condition.

We celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 in PR! We had an amazing time and this property was exactly what my daughter wanted, beach vibes ALL DAY- sun up to sunset. Near eateries and the supermarket. The owners had very good hospitality.

Beautiful views of the ocean, close proximity to everything . Walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Hosts are absolutely great and communication was perfect.

We really liked the apartment. Yari and Victor communicated exceptionally well. I had asked to verify before the trip that there was a basketball to use and Victor literally ran over to Walgreens and bought one when we arrived. Any issues or questions I had were quickly resolved. Definitely recommend this apartment for your Puerto Rican vacation.

Apartment was great, location was excellent and beach was beatiful. I rented 3 apartments one for my husband and I, and one each for my 2 daughters and their families. We all had a great stay..... even with the earthquake.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marbella del Caribe! The location in Isla Verde makes it easily accessible to all of northeast PR. The owners were accommodating to our arrival and departure times. We would stay there again.

Our stay was excellent! The unit was very clean and supplied with literally everything you could need including shampoo/conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, hair dryer, hair straightener, spices, and so much more. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us which was such a nice way to start our vacation. We had one issue with a door not locking and they were there within 30 minutes with a brand new replacement. Super friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Yari was amazing, place is gorgeous with an amazing view of the beach. Any question that I had was answer quick and effectively. Clean and neat condo. You have everything that you need from volleyball to beach chair and more. Highly recommend this place.

Loved it & all the extra, coach, car seat, play yard!! Plenty of towels. Wasn't expecting a 2nd bathroom. Place was very clean & spacey. Ocean & pool view beautiful!! Definitely recommend & would stay again!!

Yary and Victor, although we did not meet them, they were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to our messages and take care of anything we needed. We went to the beach on the first day and found the umbrella was missing part of the pole. The next day, Victor delivered a new umbrella, more beach towels, and a beach mat. That was above and beyond necessary since the apartment already had plenty of beach towels for our family of five. He also delivered a bottle of wine, which I enjoyed after having walked all afternoon in Old San Juan. We thought the apartment tastefully decorated in a modern flair. (Love the tile floors!). Our sons shared the master bedroom since it had a bed and a pull-out sofa. They were comfortable. Husband and I took the guest room. The bed was so very comfortable--better than the one we have at home. Our youngest slept in the living room. She did not have the best sleep experience because of the lighting and noises from outside, but she made due with a night mask and ear plugs. I would report that although the apartment is pretty, it is not quite "finished". Just little things, like no trim where the tile meets the door, so there are holes in the floor near the door frame; holes in the bathroom tile where a towel rack used to be, hole in the tile around the shower housing. Also, vents were very dusty and could have used a good cleaning. You really do not need to bring much of anything. There was shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, curling and flat irons, hairdryers. Plenty of beach and bath towels. There was a sampling of bug spray, aloe, sunscreens; most likely left from past guests but great to have on hand. Also 4 camp chairs and two beach chairs, some beach games, and a boogie board. We purchased an additional boogie board and left it behind for the next guests to enjoy, which I am sure is common place. There is also a styrofoam cooler, but the wind kept blowing the lid away. Overall, we as a family would highly recommend this apartment. The hosts are great and the location is wonderful.

The room looked exactly like the pictures, and it was very clean. The owners were great, and was willing to answer any questions. The location was convient and very close to the beach. We took taxis everywhere we wanted to go, and everything was no more than 30 mins away. The front desk made sure that we had a taxi each day. My overall experience was amazing and would definitely stay at this place again. Thanks Yary and Victor!

The location was right on the beach and central to some of the most amazing restaurants/bars/clubs. Victor was such a sweetheart and made us feel very welcome. Not I only would I recommend but I will also be back! Thank you so much for an awesome vacation stay!

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The owners left us a nice bottle of wine which was a nice touch! Condo had 4 beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and other toys for the beach. There is a building right in front of you, so your best view is looking to the left, which is what shows in the pictures. The condo has been renovated, but the building is older. Since the windows are older, some of them in the bedrooms don't stay open. Overall, it's a great place and we had a great time.

First of all, Yary and Victor were great to work with! We had to check in a little later due the bedroom doors needing to be replaced (see earlier review) but they made it right. The place was clean, nice towels/linens and comfortable beds. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast, lunch, a light dinner or take out for dinner. We picked up food and drinks at Super Max ~ 1 mile away. If not wanting to carry beach chairs/umbrella to the beach, you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $14 on the beach. We ate dinner at some great resturants within walking distance of the condo based on their recommendations and yelp. Would def recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay at Yari & Victors condo.the condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. They are very quick to respond if you have any questions . Great addition having the hair dryer and curling iron there if you need it! Would certainly rent again!

Yary & Victor couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating to us upon our arrival and with subsequent garage door opener problems. The unit is very clean, from the floors to the linens. It is super convenient to the airport and as one traveler said, you don't hear any airport noise. The bed and pillows also made for a wonderful night's sleep. The security there is top notch. A little instruction booklet on how to exit onto and return from the beach might be nice-- it took a little doing to figure out the turnstile to get onto the beach. In our opinion, we did feel the condo is looking a little worn. I didn't know I couldn't upload photos, but one bedroom door is all taped together. The bathroom 2 door doesn't shut adequately. The kitchen was super clean as well, however, the cooking supplies available were a little slim. I"m guessing most people probably eat out while there, but cooking a full, proper meal might be challenging. The beach lounges with umbrella are for renting - $4 a chair/ $10 with umbrella. [most of]The chairs around the pool are bolted to the cement, so our attempts at moving into a sunnier area as the day wore on were foiled. All in all, this was a nice stay, but we thought it was a little pricey (for just 2 ppl) given some of the drawbacks.
