The condo is large and clean. Close to everything. Convenient to the airport. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and the Puebla grocery store. Common areas like the pool and laundry area are well maintained. Taxis, Uber and even buses are easy and available to everywhere in the San Juan area and further.

Access to the beach is not a straight shot. It’s a little bit of a walk around. If you’re a light sleeper (I’m not) there can be some noise at night since the condo faces the street but it’s set back enough from the road so that helps.

The location is great. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and the beach. The condo clean and roomy. Would stay there again.

Everything was clean spacious and comfortable. Access to restaurant and shops.

More towels and wash clothes for yoir stay.

This place is clean and very large! We had a ton of space to spread out. The location is Isla Verde and very convenient to pretty much everything. Anything and everything you need is here, from beach towels to a large cooler, and even some toiletries and a hair dryer! Kitchen has everything you need, including coffee filters and maker, and some spices and such. Bed is comfy. The balcony is nice. Pool is very nice and refreshing. Laundry facility downstairs is convenient too. It is very secure with a guarded gate entrance and secure access to the building. We would definitely stay here again. The photos don't do it justice for the actual size. It exceeded our expectations!

No real gripes at all, especially for the price! Be aware that it is right by the airport so you will hear some jet engines at times. Also, there is no view of the beach, you are facing the main street in Isla Verde which can get loud at times as well. If you are a light sleeper, may need to turn up the sound machine on your phone to help drown it out. Beach access is a short-ish walk down the main street, but no beach-access from the property.

Great apartment for our family. Loved that there was a cooler available for us to use which made taking drinks and carting around beach gear so much easier. Unit was clean and had space for us to really settle in for the week.

Unit faces a busy road and there was constant noise throughout the night with cars racing, music, and loud conversations. Unit is also very close to the airport so you can hear the jet engines reving for take off all through the day and night.

The pool is fantastic. BIG, cool, and has a sizable deep (8’) end. Centrally located to many great restaurants. Huge beach is easy to walk to. Strict masking expected in public areas. Good security, nice folks. Also, a 24/7 grocery store (Puebla) was within easy walking distance. Uber is inexpensive and easy.

Housekeeper was on vacation and replacement didn’t do their job, so floors, bathtub were dirty (gritty). Plates, glasses, utensils had dried food stuck on them. After we’d bought a mop and washed everything it was an uneventful stay, but it was a crappy way to start the vacation. It didn’t make me feel any better that Eddie had just left the apartment the day before after living there for a month. He must’ve known what state the apt was in when he left. Eddie answered our emails but offered no solutions. We had hoped to have the cleaning fee refunded or reimbursed for the mop. Apologies but nothing else. The day before arrival, Eddie asked for a $200 security deposit - which we’d already paid - before he’d send us the lockbox code. And a reimbursement for the PayPal fees he incurred with our booking. Felt like a shakedown to me! Wished there were real coffee cups instead of styrofoam. Also, apt was a bit run down. I’ve been back home for 4 days & haven’t gotten the deposit back despite the cleaning person accessing the apt the day we left. Is the return of the deposit contingent on the review I leave? Not going to play that game.

Apartment was big and spacious for my family. Very clean and cozy. Hallway and elevators were very clean. No unnecessary noises around the apartment. Light life was very busy. Walking distance you can find everything you need.

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly house wasn’t clean had to clean up myself with my own supplies no towels dirty bathroom mat it was horrible
