Location is good, although surroundings were not very safe.

The staff was not friendly. I had a very bad experience... when my colleague I shared room with had to leave earlier, they stopped him at the reception and inquired him (he is a local Ethiopian) in a somehow racist manner. Thwy would not have stopped anyone if they were foreigners. They started asking questions to him, even he was leaving the hotel not arriving. Then they woke me up on the phone to ask about him; even though I informed that a colleague was gonna stay and arrive later, and I payed a two persons room with two beds. It was a very displeasant experience and the staff was very rude.

I stayed here three weeks, and preferred it to other hotels I've stayed at in Addis Ababa. Staff are incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and everything is very clean. Restaurant has good selection of food, all at very reasonable prices, breakfast is good, with real cappuccino/macchiato. Free shuttle from and to the airport.

Location is okay, not too far from the main places, but few other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Internet is not always very strong, especially when there are many guests.
