Extremely friendly staff and professionalism.

Nice reception staff, even gave me free lunch buffet coupon for one day. Friendly staff and room cleaners.
Kitchen Chef was more occupied with taking photos of the lunch buffet than prioritising the timely opening of lunch buffet. So instead of being ready at 12 as advertised, it was only opened for customers at 12:30 and I could not take anything, as I had a flight waiting. Priority on customers would be better than taking photos.

The breakfast was not as fresh. Everything seemed recycled and brittle. Only the fruit was fresh with exception of the pineapple.
My bed was rickety on the one side so could only sleep on one side of the bed.

The fact that after making a reservation on booking we got to the property for check in and we’re told that they had maintenance issues they needed to fix which meant we were to be moved to a sister hotel and yet in fact they were fully booked

it’s very clean and well maintained.
The check out time is too early. I had to pay extra money to delay my check out .
Also there’s limited food options for room service, just snacks. sandwiches and wraps

The staff was exceptional. The Hotel was very elegant and clean.
The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet was usually cold and the burners were out.
