Location is quite safe and very good. Spacious room as i was upgraded. Staff are very friendly. I might stay again in this hotel
the sauna/ steam bath in the room is not working properly. Make sure it was properly fixed prior to serve in the guest.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and the food provided for dinner and lunch was excellent.
The Hotel was a little back on its maintenance and that is something they could have done. The airport shuttle was delayed to pick us from the airport.

Nice big, clean room, relatively quiet in the middle of the city. TV worked, including YouTube and foreign channels. There was always hot water, good water pressure even on the fifth floor. They have a well sized spa section, clean enough, if a little bit dark. Swimming pool is good, yes, the water is about 28 Celsius, but it's for swimming, not relaxing. Sauna worked well, steam was currently out of order. Swimming pool and sauna is included in the room price, spa treatments are extra.
All was well, but it's true that for a 4 star hotel the breakfast is a bit simple. There are many dogs in the area barking during the night, but this is not the hotel's mistake. All in all, definitely worth the price, especially because of the spa.

Great conference facilities. Gym is much better than in similar hotels. Good coffees. Relatively quiet.
Restaurant is a bit dark. Outside sitting could be arranged.

The location is great, staff is really nice. Food was really tasty and the spa was normal.
For this price I would expect something more modern. For example the bathrooms should be improved. The reception was little bit chaotic about the airport pick up.
