The staff employees are thieves multiple items went missing from my wardrobe & there was one ticketing agency advised by the hotel management that I should book with them I got framed out of 800 usd cash Very unacceptable I advise people not to visit this hotel nor control very shameful

Nice rooms, pretty tidy, good stream in shower. Close to the airport.

Although new, the bathroom is kind of falling apart, wifi is one minute on and one minute off. If one guest uses it the other cannot. We ordered dinner and it took around an hour and a half to arrive. I disliked the fact that they refused to take payment in local currency. And if that's Booking's policy - then the criticism goes to booking.

Comfortable and clean rooms.. The staff are very warm and tend to the needs of the customer… It’s was a very pleasant stay… Would recommend to my friends and peers for their stay… You also get tasty and good proposition of food when ordered… Airport shuttle is also available….

Road to the hotel was bumpy… just be careful when you are out of the hotel…

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the mall, restaurants, and bole medhane alem church. The hotel is right by Yod Abyssinia, an awesome place for traditional food and entertainment (cultural music and dance from throughout the country is showcased). The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

Starting from the prompt responses on booking.com to arranging airport pickup, receiving at hotel, providing everything that you need and great food, this place has exceeded my expectations. Abraham, the hotel manager takes care of all your personal needs keenly to make sure you have the best possible experience with the hotel. Thank you so much. This place was unbelievably comfortable and convenient. 5 minutes by cab from the airport but not priced like an "airport hotel". I really enjoyed its proximity to Bole and the airport and great eating establishments. This is now my number one choice of where to stay in Addis Ababa. Big Hotel comfort and facilities at a great price. Incredible!
