mooie hotel lobby, kamer voorzijde schoon maar aan grote weg, smog in kamer, airco werkte niet.

Ontbijt was uitgebreid maar Ethiopisch. Er waren ook broodjes en toast en eieren. Geen yoghurt of serials.

Naast Ethiopisch ook meer europees gericht ontbijt

Nice hotel with mosquitoes

The room was small with a bath and toilet area so cramped there was hardly room for turning. On fact the insufficient space on the bathroom most of which was occupied by a bath tub made it dangerous to have a shower. Also the face basin and toilet were on top of each other. But my worst experience were the mosquitoes which made my stay uncomfortable. Although I complained and ask that the room be sprayed the mosquitoes remained. Comfortable though the lounge maybe I did not enjoy my stay.

Nice hotel, excellent for Addis, probably 3 star American. Disco is annoying.

I stay better room before but last time was not good and TV doesn't work and paid more money so I tell your employees I will never return this hotel any more

Love the service, everyone speaks English. The location is perfect. Lovely bar upstairs and wonderful chef 👌🏽

Not what I expected from Nexus.

Wifi was off and on. TV only had 4 chanels. Nexus use to be a 5 star hotel when I stayed there in 2016. Now the towels were old and dingy, the place was run down and it's a shell of what it use to be. Good there at 2am and most of the staff was asleep. Had to wake folks up to check in. Sad....

...I didn't like a lot. Refer to my previous answer.

It's airport pick up is excellent. Food quality has improved from my last visit.

Staff only wipe/mop the surfaces and bathroom and parquet floor. They should vacuum the carpets as it's dirty. Shower drainage is a big problem. After a shower, there will be an inch or so of water on the floor which takes more than 30 mins to drain. Wifi is hit and miss. Sometimes it's ON, Sometimes it's OFF.

The staff and location are wonderful. They are quick to help if there is anything that you need. rooms are comfortable and spacious (business room)

I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff was friendly

The price was too high for what you were getting. Staff took too long after calling them on numerous occasions to come when you ordered or needed anything. Could not understand why the room did not come with breakfast. I felt that they nickled and dimed us for everything. Water kept going off.
