The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and feel at home. The staff went above and beyond, always attentive and eager to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, close to local amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!”

One staff ( her name is Hanna ) in the reception, she is very nice, calm, smiling, cute and gentle
Most time no hot water in the bathroom, even the flow of the water is weak
Hotel insisted to receive hard currency and they refused for me to pay in local currency
There is one staff ( her name is Salam ) has no communication skills and her attitude was not acceptable when she was taking with me regarding the payment method

All the same well organized and friendly hotel as I remembered from last time. Airport pickup in time, breakfast great, the chicken with pineapple made me feel hawaii, except there is no beach.

Location was close to the Ethiopian Training Academy.
Traffic and the local drivers were not too sure on how to reach the hotel from the main street adjacent (Namibia or African Street if i recall correctly).

The room was quite spacious, there were towels left every day, and the staff was always friendly and happy to help!
I was left few toilet paper, but I also did not spent a lot of time in the room, so it was fine after all. I might have seen some insects running over the floor.
