Easy check in. Met all of my requests & extremely nice staff!

Equipment in workout room does not work properly.

Not having to drive straight through from Indiana to Florida.

TV in the room was supposedly brand new, but didn't work, sheets had stains and hair on them, location was right on a busy road near a hospital... Heard cars and sirens all night and couldn't use the TV to drown out the noise. Front desk said they couldn't help with the TV, and didn't seem to care upon checkout.

Every night when we came back to go to bed we always smelled marijuana real strong. The first night when we got there to the hotel there was people out in the parking lot partying

The bathroom door didn’t close and the lights were on the outside, which was weird. It also had a huge table which took up a lot of space. I started taking things out to my car thirty minutes before checkout, but then I couldn’t get back inside my room. Thirty minutes before checkout. I also didn’t like they had a $100 deposit placed in my account as well as the cost of the room itself.

Very clean and courteous staff.

The bathtub floor was extremely slick, and there was no grab bars to help. Walking to our room was a set of steep steps with no handrail. My husband has to walk with a cane, and the extra support is needed at times.

Enjoy the breakfast and location was great. Staff was very friendly.
