The beds were soft and clean. The floors had been updated.

The bathroom fixtures need to be updated and the shower was slow to drain.

The walls were cracking and the foors,linen and toels were dirty.! There were pubic hairs on the toilet and the bathroom door. I was afraid to turn off the lights for fear of roaches.

Room was in need of paint but very clean. Beds we're super! We missed breakfast but it looked very reasonable and sounded good based on the menu in the room.

Awful and busy.

Everything was so horrible. Hair in my tub, food left in the refrigerator,etc… They double booked my room. I was naked lying down and a man opened up my hotel with his key. He then shouted hello,so said hello, somebody is in here. I panicked I was scared because I was naked in a towel. If the man wanted to rape me , it would have been easy since I had only a towel on. Futhermore, I told the man this room is booked already he said that they also booked him this room so I said please leave. Next knock on the door was from the man at the desk asking me did I reserve this room. I said yes! Room was booked and charged with my card. I told him the young lady checked me and had my room number on there . I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. I SHOULDA HAVE KNOW FROM THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME COMPLAINING. I WAS SCARED AND DID NOT RELAX CAUSE THE DOOR LOCK TO STOP THE DOOR FROM OPENING WAS BROKEN! WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!

It was a nice location

it was falling apart, smelled terrible, it was filthy, the sheets and comforters were stained. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people in each room. We were told there were no more clean. There were no garbage bags in the garbage cans.

I ended up booking the room very late and so was very happy to find a property that was close to where i needed to be (convention center). Cost of property was good, as other hotels seemed to be very expensive.

Physical condition of the property is really disappointing. Both faucets in the room dripped the whole time. Defects on walls, floor boards, had been painted over including rust spots and previously done work. All of that makes the property look dirty and in very poor condition.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a nice size.

No breakfast served due to holiday schedule

I booked 12-28 through booking and was told that should be able to remain in rm 310 but when I spoke with front desk she said rm310 had been prev booked. I asked why they couldn't get another rm since I had been there two prior days already and it.would be physically challenging to move all my belonging...she the fd person stated I got to get out of rm 310 now no special considerations would be made and also that that if I don't leave that rm she would have me physically thrown out..like I was trash is the way I was treated. My personal lodging water pipe broke and sheet rock,water and installation fell on my head. I am 72 years old ....I had been thru a terrifying ordeal and was not given or offered any kindness or simple polite professionalism as a matter of fact I attempted to explain my special unique circumstances the desk clerk was rude and she called me rude and hung up the phone...the hotel phone didn't wk in 310 or the rm 144 that I was transferred to ie. by myself....I found out later when I went to the front desk to ask if my phone charger was left in rm 310 and discovered that rm 310 was still unaccompanied....well there's no need to go on and on my 3rd day there 12/26-28 was taxing to say the least. I called Corporate and couldn't get any better results..

Most of the female staff were friendly. And helped with our stay. And showed us places to go.

The male staff were distanced and not so social. The bathroom needed a fan.

Check in was easy. Location good except no place to eat within walking distance.

Shower did not work, no phone in room, breakfast cancelled “because of Holiday” and no place to walk to to eat.

Close to the airport and free shuttle.

Restaurant was closed. Pool was closed. No wifi. Fitness facility equipment didn't work.

The bed mattress was the only thing i liked. The bed frame was damaged to the point i had to worry about the bed collapsing. Had to take pictures and show the front desk.

Door to bathroom was messed up , drawer for desk was hanging down, bed frame was cracked and coming apart. Breakfast was a limit selection,
