The only thing I liked was the distance to the airport.
The point of my stay was to get sleep before a flight. I never slept because there was a domestic abuse situation that lasted from 10pm to 4am non stop screaming and running through the halls and their rooms fighting. This was an all night situation until the police arrived.

The 40 minute wait at the restaurant the walking out because no one helped us. The need for more towels when we booked 4 people and get 2 towels. The need for more toilet paper

The comfortable beds, everything was neat and clean,the steel bar đ The Manager) bartender was awesome and he fixed the drinks like no otherđŞthe breakfast was great cooked to perfection,The front desk clerks were very professional and friendly 𼰠Thank you for a all around 10 definitely recommend

Easy access from airport. Comfortable rooms and bed. Great value - will stay here again.
Everything was great. The toilet was unusually close to the tub but it was ok.

Stopped for one night in Birmingham. Didnât want to pay for overpriced places downtown. Price was reasonable. Room was clean.
Area was sketchy and the place is worn. Bed sagged a bit. Some a$$clown next to us kept slamming his door.

The beds had bed bugs that are me n my daughter and my sister up. Breakfast was not included in our stay. The bathroom was nasty and the staff was not friendly. On top of that house keeping was knocking at 9 asking where we ready to check out when checkout was at 12.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Like the location. The restaurant food was good also.
No ice machine on our floor. And the elevator made noise in the room.

Terrible service. People staffing. The front desk are not accommodating and unfriendly. They act like they would rather be anywhere else except working there.
Better training of the staff. My room had no soap. I called and asked for some and they told me I had to come to the front desk to get it.

The room was okay
The sink in the shower was clogged and the water was not draining out before breakfast. After breakfast, there was no water. I could not brush my teeth or flush the toilet.

Price was ok. But that was the only thing I loled about this hotel experience.
Rust everywhere! In the room, the bathroom ceiling, walls, the lamps. Also cleaning staff did a bad job. Only 1 bed linens were change/made but we had 2 beds. I saw staff being yelled at. Floors in entrance, lobby, eating area were filthy. Things were spilled and not cleaned up.

Full of ants. Swarmed items when we sat them down. When arriving home had to spray car and all items and quarantine them outside the house overnight

the location seemed safe and there were very few choices of places to stay in Birmingham because it was graduation weekend

The location just off of the freeway. And there is a great barbecue restaurant next-door.

Like the set up of the hotel, looked very nice. Room was spacious and had good wifi.
I felt like the room wasnât as clean, the a bathroom could have also been cleaner, the tub was a lil dirty. The bathroom also wasnât very modern as I thought.

The front desk guy was nice. Breakfast was tasty.
The noise from the highway, and the TV volume from the room next to us all night/morning was excessive. The 2 domestic bottled beers at the in house bar were expensive(6.75 for 12oz Yuengling)

I liked that the rooms were spacious and clean
I didn't like that a free breakfast was not included, especially with the price of the room being $100+. They didn't have adequate parking for the number of guests and they have fees that you don't know about until you check in.

The hotel was ok, there was a on and off toilet refill. There was a change in plans and I needed double beds instead of king and was told that I had to contact booking such an inconvenience
Checking in late at night.
I had to sleep in the chair and I asked the clerk did the room have a sofa bed and I was told yes, bad business.
