Il nostro delizioso cottage si trova nel mezzo di un bellissimo giardino a pochi minuti dal centro della città. Situato in un tranquillo quartiere storico vicino a Brickell, al distretto della salute, al Grove, a Wynwood ea 8 minuti da South Beach. Il cottage ha un letto matrimoniale, un salotto, TV (Direct TV), e un grande armadio. Abbiamo una comoda cucina e una grande ed irresistibilmente romantica area per cenare all'aperto. I trasporti pubblici sono nelle vicinanze di: metropolitana, autobus e tram. Puoi anche andare in bicicletta fino a Downtown, Wynwood, il distretto della salute e persino il Grove. Le biciclette a noleggio si possono trovare presso il supermercato Publix vicino al fiume. Il parco Sewell è vicino e offre una bellissima esperienza del fiume Miami. Abbiamo un profondo amore per la proprietà e abbiamo goduto di vivere tra i fiori, gli uccelli, le lucertole, i gatti e il nostro enorme albero di mango (molto Miami) e allo stesso tempo essere così vicino al centro Arsht, il PAMM, e Collezioni d'arte Rosa de La Cruz, Rubell e Margulies. Per gli appassionati di baseball, ci troviamo a mezzo isolato di distanza dal parco giochi. Andiamo anche al Tower Theatre uno spazio delizioso che proietta film meravigliosi.
Abbiamo una strada molto verde con una bella tettoia. Grove Park è stato designato dal punto di vista federale e siamo molto orgogliosi del nostro vicinato. È tranquillo, pacifico, amichevole e sicuro. Facile accesso a 836 est e ovest, 395 (Miami Beach) I-95 nord e sud. Abbiamo un paio di ristoranti che sono colorati e buoni, e una grande palestra dal centro medico UM attraverso il ponte sull'altro lato del fiume.
Il nostro check-in è 2PM e da allora in poi e il nostro check-out è alle 10:00.

The property is like an oasis in the middle of a city. It is very centrally located with easy access to the freeway so getting around is not a problem. This property really felt like a home away from home and my significant other loved it (from the garden to the decor). The hospitality of the hostess is second to none. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise is one block from Loan Depot Ballpark where the Miami Marlins play. I come down with a friend every year to watch the Braves play the Marlins. You can see the stadium from the front of the house. It’s a short walk and you are inside the air conditioned ballpark to watch Major League Baseball. We stay in the Bungalow/Wild Rose behind the house which has a kitchen. Breakfast is provided everyday and delivered to you door. Great place to stay for you baseball fans or to visit Little Havana!!

Great place to stay if you like Baseball. The stadium is a dome with great AC. Marlins Stadium is only 2 blocks away and is a very nice walk. It is a short drive to visit Little Havana. Ines Cortez is one of the best and nicest property owners I’ve every dealt with. She makes you a great breakfast and will tell you all the great restaurants and sightseeing places in Miami.

Ethereal Vacation Away
The cottage, Ines, Carlitos, and the garden are everything you could want for a perfect, secluded time away from home. The cottage was well kept and had a welcoming vibe. No to mention the lovely breakfast that greeted us each morning. My boyfriend and I loved our time spent there and are already planning our trip back. Thank you so so much Ines!

A Wonderful stay at the Wild Wild Rose
The Wild Wild Rose is two blocks from Marlins Park! Dan and I went to see the Braves and Marlins play two times. There is nothing like walking across the street to the game and having a short walk home after the game. We are Braves fans from Jacksonville Florida and we really had a great time and the Braves won both games. We spent one day in Little Havana and exploring Miami. Ines served us a breakfast platter with the best banana bread in town. Docs Provisions was our favorite Restaurant. Ines Cortes is the best B&B hostess ever! A must stay if you are a baseball fan!

Our stay at the Wild Rose
We highly recommend this property. The Wild Rose is truly a little urban oasis. It’s beautifully decorated and quaint. The breakfast in the morning and fresh squeezed juice were delectable. Ines is a very thoughtful host! Every detail is cared for! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely wonderful cottage in Little Havana
This is a great cottage hidden away by a small tropical rainforest in Little Havana. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived until our check out a week later. Wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed including fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, milk and pastries every morning. Inez asked if we needed any information for food and sightseeing several days before we arrived and checked in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Beautiful hidden oasis
We loved out stay at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect from time arrival to us leaving. Out host were great about communicating and answering all our questions and giving suggestions about places to visit in Miami. They even left beach towels, water bottles and a beach bag in our room to take on our excursion to the beach. Really is an incredibly magical place, and a true gem. We will be back again!

A Little Oasis
One of the best small cottages you will find anywhere. Tucked away in the lush garden behind the main house, this a peaceful and visually interesting property. We were met at the gate by Carlitos, a friendly and welcoming cat who kept us company outside and entertained. Ines, owner, is a lovely woman and we couldn't ask for any more kindness and care for our comfort.
We loved the information and notes left around the cottage. Always helpful to know the workings of an unfamiliar shower, etc. The kitchen had what we needed - microwave, fridge, dishes, pots, coffee maker and coffee, tea, granola and yogurt, juice and milk.
The bed was comfortable. The chairs were a great place to sit and chat or watch TV. Books, lots of books on the shelves. Ines used one of the guides to help us plan a day out and about in the Miami area.
We highly recommend Little Havana as a little oasis in a big city.

Peaceful getaway
After a work event in boisterous South Beach, we wanted to explore a different side of Miami. We opted for two days in little Havana, and found Ines's charming guest house. My boyfriend described the walk from the street to the guesthouse as "transformational," as Ines keeps an amazing tropical garden that makes you forget the traffic and noise of the city immediately.
The guesthouse is simple and full of charm, with photos, art and interesting books throughout. It is clean and organized. We opted for a two-hour nap immediately upon our afternoon arrival, then spent the rest of our time exploring little Havana and enjoying some amazing food in and outside of the neighborhood. We walked to some places, and Uber-ed to others. We could have "eaten in," but we are foodies, and had a restaurant plan weeks in advance of our arrival!
Ines is a gracious host--she has thought of everything one might need, and reaches out in case there is something she missed. Overall, we had a lovely, peaceful two days in little Havana. We would gladly return to stay with Ines.

Perfect!
Such an amazing little cottage with a short walk to the marlins stadium! It was ideal for us. Ms. Cortes thought of everything and was such a gracious hostess. The cottage is stocked with everything you could need! The garden is amazing and I wish it hadn’t rained so we could have spent some time out there. I’m so glad we found this perfect little gem for our road trip this year. It was exactly what we needed after a very rough week! We are so appreciative of the hospitality. :)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Miami visit! Inez was very quick to respond to questions before our visit. We also were able to text during our stay. Loved the many thoughtful touches such as coffee, milk, and orange juice. The granola was excellent!

Wonderful quaint cottage nestled in a garden.
This is our second stay here and we love it. It is quaint quirky and cozy. Great location. We typically park the car on arrival then Uber or Lyft the rest of the time. Nice little kitchen to have breakfast or a snack.

Wonderful Garden Cottage with Outstanding Host!
Ines is an exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and generous host. The cottage was perfect for my two night stay. The granola, milk, juice, coffee and chocolates were a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The cottage was also well stocked with local information, books and basic toiletries as well. I could not have felt more comfortable and welcome!
If you are going to Marlins Park, you can literally see it from the property and it is a 3 minute walk. It is also located very close to Miami International Airport. However, with quick access to the Dolphin Expressway, you're only a short ride to Miami Beach, Downtown and points north/south as well.
Ines kindly shared her recommendations for area attractions and restaurants. The Wyndwood Yard, Wynwood Walls and Calle Ocho in Little Havana are must sees and I am grateful for her suggestions. My only regret is that I did not have enough time to take in all of the places that were recommended! Thank you, Ines!

Perfect hideaway in a beautiful garden
We loved staying at this wonderful little gem. It was clean, quaint and just what we were looking for. Ines was very hospitable and in fact once learning that we had not eaten in a long time brought us a snack on our arrival.
The cottage was never more than a $6.00-$8:00 uber ride to anywhere downtown. Great location. Listen to Ines, she has a lot of good suggestions for food and beverage.

Eclectic Charm, A Gardener's Delight
My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying a pre cruise night in this beautiful cottage nestled in a tropical garden paradise where orchids danced among twinkle lights as evening descended on Miami...very romantic, indeed! Inez was helpful with all our inquiries; she is the epitome of a gracious hostess. We loved the careful attention to the many details that made our short stay comfortable and memorable, including fresh coffee for the French Press, yummy granola, and juice. Her style is artistic, her gardening skills legendary (I gave up counting the different plants), her heart warm and caring..we felt like we were staying with a dear friend. The place was inviting and clean. Well stocked and close to marlins park
When arriving Ines met us and right away she felt like your mom. Super accommodating and had fresh juice, milk, cereal and water all in the kitchen. We were there for baseball and having not to pay for parking and only being a 3min walk to Marlins Park was perfect. The cottage was clean well stocked and the bed was comfy. We would not hesitate to stay with Ines again. Perfect host in our books!!!

Ines is a wonderful and delightful host. She was beyond accommodating and informative about the area. Everyplace that she recommended was absolutely great!
The cottage was comfortable, clean, very spacious awesomely decorated, and surrounded by a great garden of trees, plants and even iguanas. The bathroom worked great with plenty of hot water and the kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, granola, milk and water and offers all the amenities to cook.
The location is close to the airport, highway and little Havana.

Charming backyard cottage
This is a charming little backyard "cottage" surrounded by the owner's lovingly tended gardens. It's in a central and generally quiet location making it easy to get to different parts of the city; is also not far from the airport. We had a comfortable stay here for over a week while we explored Miami using ride shares. The owner, Ines, is a warm and attentive hostess, and provided lots of information about interests we expressed: food, music, art, transportation, etc. We enjoyed several backyard conversations with her, and she made sure we had whatever we needed. Highly recommended!
