Questo lussuoso appartamento si trova nel cuore della zona di Isla Verde, di fronte al San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. L'appartamento è molto grande con 700 piedi quadrati di spazio e ha A / C completo. Ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, una grande camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e Smart TV con accesso a Nexflix, Hulu e TV via cavo con Wi-Fi ad alta velocità .. Inoltre ha un bagno completo, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, con un incredibile balcone con una bellissima vista sull'oceano. L'appartamento offre anche un parcheggio sotterraneo, una bella piscina e un campo da tennis. Ci sono ristoranti, hotel a 5 stelle, casinò, farmacie, negozi e negozi a pochi passi dalla spiaggia in un'area da 1 a 4 miglia. Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

This nice apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures: very clean, remodeled, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything one needs. View from balcony is stunning! The building is also clean and well kept and the location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants and across from Fairmont San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed great live music and a couple of wonderful events the hotel offers and that are open to the public. Our host Carlos was super nice and very responsive and quick to answer any questions about the property.. We loved the fact that we had private, secured parking on property without having to pay extra. Building is gated and has security 24/7. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we would stay there again!

Isla Verde
Great location. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants- Metropol was our favorite- great Puerto Rican/Cuban dishes/drinks. Building was gated but easy in/out with remote. Private parking was nice also. Carlos checked up on us and the condo was clean and comfortable. Condo pool is huge with nice shaded area to eat outside. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time in PR. Old San Juan, rain forest, many beaches visited. Rent a car and see the island.

This was a last minute find and one that I have already shared with other family members. Carlos (property owner) is very easy to contact and amicable. The place is spotless and equipped with almost everything that you need. Also you get an underground parking spot. It's like home away from home. Out of all our travels to various countries and states, this was by far one of the best stays. To start, Carlos was a great host. Check in was extremely smooth. The unit, as my wife described, was immaculately clean with modern contemporary and comfortable furnishings - like a home away from home. The area was within walking distance to both restaurants and Isla Verde beach. They area was well policed and safe. We will definitely consider booking this unit again should we return to Puerto Rico. Muy Bueno!

Carlos was awesome and the condo is beautiful with an amazing view of Isla Verde. The condo was well stocked with utensils for cooking and was clean...cleaner than most 4 star hotels. This would've been a 4 star review, but there is no disclosure on the noise that's encountered while staying at the condo. We were awakened every morning at 6am by the construction across the street at the El San Juan Hotel. They would drop a huge metal dumpster and then pick it up and drop it multiple times till they had it positioned where they wanted and then heavy equipment operation began....reverse warning beeps from the skid loaders and other equipment echo into the condo. The one thing I was hoping to do was sleep in, but because of the noise I couldn't. I'm sure they will finish with the construction and at that point it would definitely be a 4 star location...nothing is a 5.

Best apartment I have ever stayed in my travels around the world. Just remodeled, modern, short walk from the beach and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Carlos check in with you to ensure all is well and you are enjoying your stay. Any problems are solved immediately. Great location!
Great location with all you need within walking distance. The pics are exactly what the condo looks like. Modern, well kept and clean. Only issue was we could never take a shower with a solid temperature. It was hot and cold throughout. Other than that, it was great!

Girls Trip
We loved our experience at this condo. It looks exactly like the pictures. Carlos has everything you need for your stay. It is very clean and secure. We were located right next to a super market, entertainment and restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minuet walk. Three of us stay here and it was just enough space for us .

Nice apartment but too much noise
Stayed there 1st week of March. Nice, modern and clean apartment, close to the beach and restaurants, walking distance to all. The only downside was the noise from some union protest very close to our building during that week with very loud speakers from 8AM to 10PM every. There is also noise from the airport which is also very close to the building (less than 1/2 mile).
Overall a nice stay.

Isla Verde beach apartment.
Twelth floor balcony view of the ocean added to the very clean, bright one bedroom 's appeal. Kitchen was updated, clean, and functional. Carlos replied to our email request for a small kitchen item by showing up with it personally within a short period of time. All communication with Carlos on HomeAway website was prompt. New supermarket is a short walk as are restaurants, the beach as well as the car rental company. The building and parking are secured with well maintained lobby and a nice pool area. Will recommend this unit to my friends.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT
This is my 2nd time staying at this location and I will always come back to this location when visiting PR with my family. Everything about this place is PERFECT! The condo is at a perfect location, near the beach, restaurants and 24/7 supermarket. The condo building itself is always clean and safe with a security guard 24/7. The tenants are so friendly. The condo itself is SUPER CLEAN with all the amenities you need (all kitchen needs to cook, all beach supplies). The pool is so clean and beautiful especially at night with the pool lights turning on.
Carlos is ALWAYS available prior to your reservations, during your stay, and even after your departure. I can honestly say I have gained a wonderful friend.

Lovely apartment. Amazing view
I decided to take a few days off and visit the island. Looking for a place to stay I can across this one. Best decision. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything thing you might need . It has security and parking space . Location is excellent. Hotels, car rentals, grocery stores, and restaurants are all walking distance away. The beach is only across the street . I had a wonderful time.
Definitely will come back.
