Great location, super close to the beach, and right on the beach path. Spacious home with lots of room for everyone and the dining room table was big enough so our entire family could eat together ... and the kitchen is well stocked too! Home also has a bigger driveway to accommodate bigger families and more cars.Pool temperature was perfect and a great way to beat the heat on the beach in the afternoon.Easy bike ride to south beach, especially for ice cream after dinner.Check in and check out were easy Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We had a great family week at 7 Piping Plover! The house is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. It is in a perfect location right next to the short beach walk, an outdoor shower to rinse off and a refreshing pool, that the kids love. As my 6 year old granddaughter exclaimed “Best vacation ever!”, as she jumped in the pool. Costal Homes and Villa is an exceptional rental company.

My family spent a week in this lovely 5 bedroom home. It has 5 spacious bedrooms that easily and comfortably accommodated our larger group. The whole house has been recently updated -it's quite nice. The backyard of the house abuts the pedestrian path to the beach, making the (shaded) trip to the beach a convenient breeze. I've stayed in many houses in Sea Pines over the years and wouldn't hesitate to put this one on par with some of the larger, beachfront properties in Sea Pines. It was a great house and management was helpful throughout. The pool was a perfect size and receives some shade throughout the day which is great in the Summer.

House was nice but completely stripped of the normal items left by previous renters - no salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Anyone renting this house should aware that they must by buy EVERYTHING they need to cook.

We loved the house. Lots of room for the 7 of us to chill. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and this one is at the top of the list. Great, well stocked kitchen, 3 large king en suite bedrooms with walk in showers (2 had access to deck). The other 2 bedrooms were also nice. Nice pool and very pleasant short walk to beach. Elevator was very handy as several members of our group have mobility issues. Had a few issues that the management company handled quickly. All in all we lived the place

The house was absolutely terrific! The only negative was that the pool provided zero privacy from the extremely busy beach path. We knew from the pictures that our privacy would be limited but had no idea the foot traffic would be so relentless.

Probably clean but did not look like it.Also the plaster is coming off around the chandelier in the dining room. A sizable piece almost hit my daughter. Hopefully it’s not loose!! We stayed at the property with our family of nine and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has excellent living spaces and bedrooms and an excellent pool area. The access to the beach is great. The concrete paved walkway is literally steps from the pool and has a wide area for walking to the beach. We were advised of an issue with the oven before arrival and it was promptly addressed. One air conditioner malfunctioned and it was corrected by a serviceman very quickly. The property was clean on arrival and easy to maintain by the family. Coastal Home & Villa was very proactive throughout our stay. Overall it was an excellent experience.

It was extremely dirty-looking. Probably clean but did not look like it.
Also the plaster is coming off around the chandelier in the dining room. A sizable piece almost hit my daughter. Hopefully it’s not loose!! We want to come back 2021!!
Just two things; the bathroom toilet near the kitchen probably should be replaced.
It was extremely dirty-looking. Probably clean but did not look like it.
Also the plaster is coming off around the chandelier in the dining room. A sizable piece almost hit my daughter. Hopefully it’s not loose!! We want to come back 2021!!

I want to thank Rachel at Coastal Home and Villa for saving our vacation! This was not the original home we rented but due to pool issues at the original rental we ended up at this location and it was wonderful! We had four generations staying and all agreed it was one of our best vacations. There was plenty of room if we wanted quiet time or if we all wanted to be together. Being next to the pool, we were concerned the path to the ocean might be busy, but it was not a problem at all. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Every bathroom had a hair dryer. There were also beach towels available. We rented baby items from Baby Quip and everything was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at this home which is just steps from the ocean!

7 Piping Plover was great!
The property was great for our family gathering! We loved the location and house. The beach was just steps away and the pool was a hit with our grandchildren ages 6-21. We paid to have the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature. Elevator is a life saver when bringing in luggage or groceries. We would stay here again!

Nice accommodations
We normally have stayed at villas in the past, but now that kids are grown and now they have babies, this was perfect. No need for bikes, but a little far from south beach or harbor town for walking. Nice pool, short walk to beach, 3 master bedrooms, spacious family room.
