La nostra casa è a un piano, senza passaggi interni per una facile accessibilità. Nuovi pavimenti in legno di lusso, nuova vernice e tutti i nuovi mobili sono solo alcuni degli aggiornamenti apportati di recente alla nostra casa.
Il nuovissimo arredamento elegante conferisce a questa casa un'atmosfera moderna sul lago e i servizi includono una grande TV a schermo piatto, una penisola della cucina con sgabelli da bar, nuovi elettrodomestici e armadi aggiornati.
All'esterno, godrai di una vista panoramica su un ampio patio con sedie Adirondack, focolare a gas e griglia Weber, insieme a un cortile laterale per giochi e divertimento. Il parcheggio è fuori strada di fronte a un garage a 2 box.
La nostra casa dispone di tre ampie camere da letto, un bagno completo e un bagno di servizio, con spazio per quattro adulti e quattro bambini. Due comode camere da letto matrimoniali e un letto a castello per bambini hanno letti completamente nuovi che faranno sentire la famiglia e gli amici come a casa. Il soggiorno ha comodi mobili nuovi e si apre sulla cucina e sulla zona pranzo. La cucina è completamente arredata con tutto il necessario, inclusa una caffettiera Keurig. Vengono fornite anche lenzuola e asciugamani. Inoltre è incluso WiFi ad alta velocità via cavo, cavo digitale ad alta definizione premium con servizio On-Demand, TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno con Blu-Ray. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice Amana è inoltre disponibile ed è al livello principale.

This was our third stay at this property in Clear Lake. The accommodations have improved every year.
Patio: lake view and lots of seating (newer furnishings) plus umbrellas, corn hole, fire pit, and gas grill. Public water access is just down the hill.
Bedrooms: Beds, pillows and bedding are in good shape. Clean.
Bathrooms: Clean, good water pressure good, with plenty of hot water for six people. Plenty of towels and toilet paper.
Kitchen: Spacious, fully functional. Everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Surprisingly, the kitchen was stocked up on detergent, cleaners, paper towels, trash bags, cleaners, etc.
Common area: clean, updated furnishings and plenty of seating for everyone.
Overall, five enthusiastic stars. We'll definitely stay here again!

Our elderly ladies take a once a year trip. This year it was Clear Lake/Mason City area. Absolutely great place to visit. We took in concert at Surf ballroom, toured Mason City, and did the Clear Lake boat ride. Only complaint was we didn't have more time to just seat on patio and chill. Very nice place.

Good place to stay in Clear Lake if you hsve multiple interests. Located by the Tiki Bar, Miniature Golf Course and Beach. Distance is easy to downtown and surf and out of the hectic area. Clean house with comfortable beds and living situation. Parking a little tight and in busy street but two spaces and manageable. Owners care and checked in. Situation arose out of control of owners and they managed expeditiously and with class!!!

This property was perfect for my friends and I. It was spacious, very nice and a great location. All the necessities were provided like soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. There was a fire pit behind the garage. Lots of outdoor space and a huge patio. Definitely recommend!

Nice, clean, roomy. Large open kitchen, dining room, living room area. Bedrooms on opposite end of house, so did not have to worry about disturbing those sleeping. Only downfalls -- could use a coffee pot and it's by a busy main road. Close to the ice cream shop, Tiki Bar and a dock. Lovely property! We had a great time!

We had a great time in Clear Lake! Fishing was great and this property was convenient to town and the grandkids loved being able to walk to the ice cream shop.
No parking for your boat at the property but John has a place nearby where you can park it.

We found the house as described in the Vrbo listing. The host John checked in with us during the stay to make sure all was well. The home is clean and comfortable and we would surely stay here again when back in the area.

We used this house for one couple in our family gathering and it worked perfectly. Stayed two nights and loved the home and ended up being a nice quiet hideaway from the main houses.

Enjoyed our stay but very disappointed there was no dock at the public access. Please remove that picture since you can not access the water! That was extremely disappointing!
All in all very good, but every bed pillow needs to be replaced!!

S Shore Cabin with Great Lake view!
The cabin is decorated super cute! John, the owner, happened to be in Clear Lake the same time. He stopped to fill the gas grill and gas fireplace tanks in the garage and also see if we needed anything else during our stay! Now that’s hospitality 😋

Such a cute lake house, updated decor and super clean (I am super picky!) stocked with all the necessities. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area!

A clean and welcoming home
We really enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean and updated. There is a larger kitchen for cooking and a nice size living room for folks to gather. The location was great, with The Sweet Spot within view of the house. We also walked to the end of the street to a public access area and watched fireworks on the Fourth of July. Would definitely recommend as the host was very helpful for any questions I had.

Cute and comfortable lakeside property
We really enjoyed our stay here! Spacious and comfortable— a great place to hang out and reconnect with family. (Common spaces had great seating areas for shared meals and board game nights!)
We did need maintenance assistance during our stay, but the property owner was extremely quick to respond and get someone on site to fix.
The only part of our stay that was less than stellar was the king sized bed. It was extremely loud/creaky with any movement, which woke up most people staying in the house.
We would definitely book again if we find ourselves in Clear Lake!

Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Nice short walk to the water & dock.
Clean property inside & out - the house was very clean! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you should need. Very nice towels were supplied.
Water softener (in the closet) went off in the middle of the night in the bedroom where I was sleeping - that was very alarming and very loud!
Nice addition would be a drying rack for laundry, and a fan ( for white noise at night ).
I also did not see the laundry basket you spoke of, and direction on how to run the TV and remotes would be a nice addition to the binder you have there. Overall it was a great property!
