The building had no hot water during our stay. The staff handled this professionally and we we’re refunded our entire cost subsequently.

The location was perfect & the room was well put together.

The shower curtain LINER was too short to keep water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. Ours was soaked after showering. You're going to want to get some longer ones!

the room - we were given a handicap room in which the desk, closet handing bar and bathroom vanity were all short. While I would expect the room to be set up that way for folks requiring it, we were not one of those folks. Tried to switch rooms but was told that that room was the last one that was clean and available. (We checked in approx. 3:10pm) Additionally, we weren't given the opportunity to move to a more accommodating room for us. The breakfast area, while clean it was laid out clumsy. Plates, knives, forks were right next to the waffle maker and were hard to get to while another guest was making / waiting for their waffle to finish cooking. (Would be better if these items were place in an open area accessible to everyone w/o having to wait on another guest's waffles. The OJ was terrible - worst I've ever had from any hotel - ever. The apple juice was equally bad. It had only a faint taste of apple and the juice was nearly the color of clear water. Sorry to say, it is doubtful that we will ever stay there again on our future trips to the area.

on the night we were there, there was nothing on the television due to a “server issue” but, I’m not upset about it at all. Tech issues are the norm nowadays unfortunately.

Space in room was smartly designed. iIt was very practical and actually genius. there was a place for coats, a separate clothes closet, and Mini frig/microwave/ coffee station were very very well designed. breakfast great but only caffeinated coffee choice was bold. Too strong for me, really needs a regular coffee option.

It is near the highway, no no views, but far away enough that traffic sounds at a minimum.
