I have a feeling that we will frequent this VRBO. I have a niece that plays Basketball for NIACC. This is a short drive from the college but worth being able to all stay together.

We stayed at this residence over Labor Day weekend. We were part of the Jimmy Buffett music event being held at the Surf Ballroom. Over the weekend we received the news Jimmy Buffett had passed away. This residence is just across the parking lot from the Surf Ballroom, so it was an easy walk for the weekend. The kitchen is well equipped and worked great for food preparations that we took to the Surf for the musicians that were performing. The house is very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels available. There was plenty of parking for the vehicles that we all had driven up to Clear Lake. The one thing I would like to see is a handrail going up the stairs inside. We would be more than happy to stay here again!

Property was perfect for our stay in Clear Lake for a wedding. Enjoyed the home and the area. Would defintely come back.

We needed a place to stay while racing at Mason City. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. There was plenty of room for the five adults. We would book this property again.

This property was amazing! Centrally located, close to everything! Big, spacious, clean. We enjoyed the lake and Farmer’s Market!

The location is great. We walked to the lake both days we were there. The only thing that needs improvement is the beds. Not super comfortable. I woke up both mornings with neck pain and so did my husband. Other than that.l, great place to stay.

All very fine. Kitchen was great except needed more dishes and serving dishes. Beds were comfortable. Loved the deck. We feel hand rails are needed and lamps in living room would be nice. We hope we can repeat the stay.

Place was clean and stocked with a good sized kitchen, and within walking distance of downtown. Very nice!

This worked out wonderfully for what my friend and I needed. We were meeting up with our kids to just have a fun weekend together. The space was perfect for the kids to have plenty of room to play, but they had a place to go if they just needed time to relax. There is a park just around the block and the lake is super close as well. Super happy with our stay.

We rented this property for its location near the surf. It's perfect if your going to an event there. Less than 100yards to walk at the end of the night.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We came for a concert at the Surf and it was the best location! Beautiful house and owners are very easy to work with. We will definitely be back to stay when we visit again.

Great house with everything you need. Closer to the Surf then we even thought. Could walk there easily. Owners were great to work with. Had a few questions, they responded right away. We will rent this house again.

We had a great family get together here. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us for time on the lake. So we stayed in, played games and enjoyed time with each other. We were able to hit the farmers market Sat. morning at the Surf Ballroom parking lot which is very close walk. The only negative thing is the stairs going upstairs did not have a hand rail and open on one side. Also there is a cat smell that comes from the basement. We lit some candles to help with that. Overall we were pleased.

A friend group (three couples) of ours was in town for the weekend for a wedding. Reception at the Surf Ballroom. This place was just perfect for our quick stay in Clear Lake and very conveniently located to the Surf!! 1.5 blocks away. Three bedrooms two baths. Two rooms on main floor share a full bathroom and the upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom with shower (no tub). Plus there's an upstairs loft for a single to sleep or child. Ample kitchen space to hang out and socialize as well as living room for three couples. I would definitely stay here again! All the people with us were very happy with this vrbo!

Great place to stay. Well equipped with everything we needed. Nice and clean great location with easy access to all the places we needed. Short walk to the Main Street city park area and good restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
