We moved the family here this season after staying in a nearby location for the past few years visits. What a huge step up in every way! Condo was better maintained, better stocked, owner a delight to deal with and the beach at your doorstep.

The condo was set up perfect for a family vacation. Everything was clean, the condo was set up to have everything you would need for your stay, and the check in process was very smooth. I would highly recommend this condo.

We own and have stayed at many places listed on VRBO. This is an owner after our own hearts. We try to think of everything a guest may need or want and so do Tim and Melissa. They may have outdone us. The condo is so cozy and charming. We felt right at home and we would stay here again for sure. That is the best referral you can give or get. The property is charming, the beds comfy, the sheets amazing just like the view.

South Carolina Condo Review
We walked in and all of the colors and decor instantly created a space of calm and relaxation.
The shower water pressure was great. With complimentary make up towels ( an idea I will replicate at home) The beds were comfortable and homey. TV was easy to use with a number of channels!
All of the small things I thought wouldn’t be available for cooking and eating were a cabinet away. Cooking was also well ventilated.
The sunlight and view from the balcony with a beach view in the morning was wonderful for sitting with a cup of tea or stretching for a bit of zen and fresh air.
The three different sizes of bed in the unit allow for cuddles and solitude for deep sleep.
The listed pictures match my experience , this was a well needed self care & retreat!
Location was easy to find, directions and guidance for the unit was user friendly.
If there are additional units and locations managed by this team we would absolutely book! 5 stars.

Beautifully appointed Condo with an amazing ocean view. This property is a Gem- Quiet and relaxing but a quick bike ride or car ride to restaurants and shopping.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I along with our 3 young children. Exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided, including beach chairs and towels. As a family, we really appreciated all the thought and detail that went into hosting guests. We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait! Thanks Tim and Melissa for sharing your condo with us!

We have been to HH many times. I don't give out 5 stars easily. I would give this condo actually 6 starts if i could. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Porch is larger than most with good view. Beach is short walk and family used the gym and pools. Tim and Melissa were easy to work with and were responsive to our questions. The condo is well thought out, planed and tastefully decorated and highly organized, even the kitchen. We hope to be back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Tim's condo with our two young adult sons. The condo is very well equiped with everything you need from kitchen items to beach towels and chairs. It was clean and the decor is lovely. Beds are comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning in the high top chairs looking at the ocean. We would stay here again.

Our vacation at this condo was FANTASTIC! I am hard pressed to find places that I feel are clean, let alone really clean. This condo was REALLY clean and put my mind at ease. It is stocked with everything you need and has a fantastic spacious balcony. Responses from host were almost immediate. We will look to stay here again.

After a mishap upon arrival with housekeeping, we had a fantastic week! The owners were very responsive to our issue and took care of it immediately. We had a family of 4 and plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and it was very quiet. The beach is a short walk and not too crowded comparatively. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking my coffee after a great walk along the beach.
I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed at the Island Club before, bur this was our first time in the Neptune Bldg. Tim's property was phenomenal. It was totally clean, incredibly well equipped (beach chairs, air fryer, extremely nice patio furniture, extra toiletries, well stocked kitchen - everything that makes a perfect vacation home. Tim ensured that all our needs were met and provided all the information we needed. A great experience - we will be back!

This is the perfect 2-bedroom condo. A short walk over the beach entrance. We love the property and we have 5-6 families who gather here every year for a week in HH. This unit is stocked VERY well...WOW! Everything we needed in the kitchen! Super clean and comfortable. We will stay here again for sure.

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for the last 39 years and have stayed in many different types of properties. In all this time, we have never stayed anywhere that we were disappointed, and this time was no different. The villa was absolutely beautiful and one of the most well-equipped that we have ever stayed in. It was clean and welcoming. Tim, the owner, was very responsive and communicative and made sure we felt welcomed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The corner location on the top floor also made it a very quiet location. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and wildlife in the pond. Beach access was convenient, especially with little children. The pools were well designed, and we loved the different levels. We did wish it was a little closer to the beach, however. Folly Beach was a quiet, family oriented beach, and we enjoyed staying on this part of the island. The kids loved going to Adventure Cove (which was right down the street) to play putt putt and games in the game room. We would definitely consider returning for future trips!

This was our third year, I just reserved next year. Condo has everything we look for-it’s updated, top floor, no unit on the right side, good view of the beach from the balcony, easy walk to the ocean, grounds and building are clean/ neat, everything we need is close but not in the middle of a tourist hub.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location - just a few steps to the beach, and the view from the balcony were two of my favorite things. The condo was spotless, and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful! We are looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoy a wonderful week at Island Club 6404. Drove down from Ontario Canada to enjoy the sun and surf. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The weather was cool but we made the best of it.
The condo was well appointed with anything you might need. Even an air fryer!!!
Tim and Melissa were quick to respond with any questions and concerns. Hope to return next year!

The condo was exactly as the pictures depict or better! Overall, it was in good condition, very clean, and had everything you could need. The view from the porch was so peaceful. The grounds and amenities are well maintained and convenient. Tim and Melissa are very prompt and thorough when responding. We would definitely stay here or at one of their properties again. They are great hosts!

Our family of 4 had a great time in Hilton Head with this condo as our base. We’ve visited Hilton Head for nearly 15 straight years and this was one of our favorite rentals. We’ve stayed in a number of units in Island Club and this was in better condition than any other. We would definitely return.

We exhibited cars in the Concours show and found this condo to be a great location. The condo was a beautiful, very clean, cozy coastal decor with the perfect balcony to enjoy coffee or wine while watching the waves break. Everything we needed was provided! From the welcoming bottle of wine to the great supply of beach equipment this condo provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful Hilton Head vacation. Thanks, Tim!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is attractively decorated and well-furnished. It is a comfortable place to stay for all ages. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean. You also have a view of the lagoon.
The unit is close to both the beach and the pool area. It made it easy for us to take our 3 young children back and forth from the condo. The beach area has plenty of space for fun in the sun. The pool area is also fun for people of all ages. It has a wading pool for toddlers, a large pool area for all ages, and a tanning deck with a hot tub.
The property managers were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The check in and check out processes were clearly spelled out and simple to follow.
I highly recommend this unit due to the overall condition of the unit, the comfort of the accommodations, the location, and the view.

We arrived the same day that Hurricane Ian was in the area so our whole experience was interesting. Tim was great to communicate with and he facilitated an early check-in as well as a late check-out as our departure was late.
The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location for shopping and restaurants! Highly recommend!

My husband & I decided to explore HHI as we had never been there. The condo was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable bed & with every possible thing to make our visit enjoyable. Check in with the door code was so easy. We loved the outdoor porch & spent mornings with coffee & evenings with wine out there. Wood fan on the porch was pure genius-no rusting! Loved your home & would be happy to rent again.

The total experience was great. Check-in was smooth. Access to unit was convenient using door code provided by owner. No one had to keep up with keys when leaving or returning to the condo. Nice upgrades had been made recently; bathrooms, furniture, flooring, patio. Seemed like complete renovation.
We’ve stayed at the Island Club over a dozen times. All units are convenient to the beach and restaurants around Hilton Head. Most condos are clean and in good condition.
This condo impressed us as the nicest, most modern one we’ve stayed in thus far.

The location of this condo is great, close to Shelter Cove and other stores and restaurants. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. The condo itself is beautiful and we loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee looking at the ocean. The whole area is beautiful and very family friendly. Tim the host was very friendly and easy to work with. He checked in with us the day we arrived to make sure everything went smoothly and to make sure we didn't need anything. We definitely be back!
