PUERTO RICO è tornato! Il nostro edificio dispone di ALIMENTAZIONE, ACQUA, ARIA CONDIZIONATA CENTRALE e CAVO / WIFI. La spiaggia è bellissima come sempre !! La piscina olimpionica ora è aperta dalle 7:00 alle 22:00. Proprietario gestito e mantenuto (Gabriel)! Condominio extra pulito! Siamo di fronte all'oceano !. Vero condominio con una camera da letto fronte mare / oceano con letto queen size e divano letto a una piazza e mezza sulla migliore spiaggia e il miglior edificio di Isla Verde. Ha un nuovo (installato maggio 2015) aria condizionata centrale e mobili nuovi di zecca. Cucina completamente fornita (appena installata, ripiani in quarzo del novembre 2015) proprio come a casa. Sedie a sdraio Tommy Bahamas, telo / tappetino da spiaggia, giocattoli da spiaggia e dispositivo di raffreddamento. Abbiamo tende oscuranti per un sonno riposante. Forniamo una scatola di blocco chiave in modo da poter entrare in qualsiasi momento!

Had a great stay at this unit right on the beach with a (slightly angled) ocean view. Wonderful hosts. The unit is very well kept as is the pool for the building. The overall building is a little dated (esp the hallways on the floor). Very convenient to old san juan (less than $10 uber). Overall had a great stay.

Great location to enjoy the beach without having to drive anywhere. Isla Verde’s casinos, restaurants and bars are a destination all by themselves. Enjoyed it very much. The host is outstanding at communicating and providing updates for you. Thanks Gabriel.

We had a beautiful long weekend in PR staying here! The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach were perfect. It was super close to the airport and a great location to go out and explore. Gabriel was very helpful, responsive, and communicative. Made our first visit to PR a great experience! Playa Papaya right across the street was a fantastic coffee/breakfast/brunch spot that we visited every day. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for our trip! Location close to airport. Convenient for walking to market & dining out. Walgreens directly across the street for anything you need. Beautiful beachfront steps away! Clean, clean, clean unit. Stocked with everything we needed. Owner available to assist. We were thankful this was the condo we selected and Isla Verde was the location we chose!

My daughter and I stayed here for four nights. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. The beach was a few steps away where you could rent umbrellas and loungers at a very reasonable price. Gabriel left a helpful list of local places to eat that were close by. We had an enjoyable time.

Two of us stayed in this condo and it was a perfect fit for us - close to anything we needed: the beach, a pool, restaurants and shopping. The building is very secure with multiple places to scan the key. We especially appreciated the communication with the owner who not only gave us details on how to check in/check out but recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed this super clean, charming condo located on Isla Verde beach. Walk out to the beach from a secure building - doesn't get any better! The location is convenient with restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The owner was super communicative, answered questions quickly and even had restaurant recommendations! Highly, highly recommend!!

It was great! The beachfront apartment was spotless, very well maintained, conveniently located and equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The assigned parking space is also very conveniently located close to the elevators. The host was always available and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Marbella Del Caribe. The condo was just as advertised, very clean and our host Gabriel provided a wealth of information on the area. Isla Verde is a perfect location within walking distance to just about everything. The beaches are beautiful, we felt extremely safe walking around and the island itself has some very breathtaking scenery. We will definitely be coming back!

My friend and I stayed 5 nights here and had a blast. The unit was clean and stocked with just about everything you could need. The location is great… close to stores and restaurants. Gabriel communicated very well prior to and during our stay! I highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days - 7 with my sister in-law.
The condo was wonderful and easily fit the three of us. It was very clean and well equipped. The appliances were all well maintained. Plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, and cookware. The slider out to the lanai could be opened with one finger - rare for a beach front condo. Great location, right on a a nice section of beach over a mile long. Walking distance to a big grocery store and lots of restaurants. Easy and quick uber ride to and from the airport. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. He was a wealth of information and had some great restaurant recommendations.

Excellent condo surrounded by good restaurants, CVS and Walgreens 1 minute walk. Clean property and very considerate owner stayed in touch throughout. our stay with advice and tips that really made our stay memorable. Even small things that most VRBO condo's wouldn't provide were available. Highly recommend!

Our Host Gabriel was amazing!! He let us check in early with no extra charge!! The condo was perfect for the two of us and very well organized and clean!!! I can't say enough good things about Gabriel. He is a fabulous host. The condo is clean and cozy and Gabriel provides everything you could need. This place is awesome! Very clean, beach chairs, towels and cooler supplied. Bed was very comfortable! Great balcony view of pool and ocean. Security is top notch also. Short walk out the back to beach and pool. Across the street from restaurants, bars and grocery store all

Rain some days but everything is nearby condo. Nice view of pool and beach. I rented car this condo comes with indoor parking. I would highly recommend this condo for 2 . Price is reasonable. Host is available when you need him and wants you to enjoy your stay. Thanks again Gabriel. Me and wife enjoyed short drive to Viejo San Juan ,Pinones , etc.

Never have been to Puerto Rico before so I did a lot of research of places to stay. Isla Verde is is a wonderful location and the beach is great. I opted for this VRBO and it was just as described. It was clean, convenient, secure, and Gabriel was probably the most attentive VRBO host I have dealt with. He made sure we had everything we needed. Although there is a pool on the property we only went to the beach. We also ended up at Ocean Breeze 3 times for cocktails and food. It's a short walk up the beach and right on the beach. It was wonderful being there at sunset enjoying a mojito or two. This property has everything you need if you want to have a relaxing time in Isla Verde. Having coffee in the morning on the porch is a must. It's also convenient to so much...15 minute drive to old San Juan, 30 minutes to El Yunque rain forest. Thank you Gabriel, we will be back!

Me and my husband stayed here and the room looked just like the listing and the owner labeled things around the condo and was very helpful. The place has CENTRAL AIR which is amazing. Check in was very easy and the the directions in which the owner leaves for you is great and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was absolutely perfect and beautiful. It was super cozy for a couple. Easy access to the beach and very close to the airport. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again.

The property was just as described. Beautiful view! The bed and pillows are so comfortable you just don't want to get out of bed. The condo was stocked well and even had chairs and a small cooler for the beach. The owner is very responsive and communicated all check in and out instructions clearly. This property was perfect for our stay.

The condo is very clean very up-to-date. Very nice. The owner kept in touch with me. Any questions he answered them right away. I was very happy with place. The building and the area was nice. Wish I would’ve known about the renovation. You couldn’t sleep in if you wanted to but all in all everything was very nice. Very happy with everything.

For 4 of the 7 days from 8-4 we heard a jackhammer or sledgehammer stemming from the unit next to us that was being totally refurbished. We recorded the noise if anyone is interested. The temperature was over 100 so we only went out early or late. The property manager’s explicit recommendation to our complaints was for us to leave. Gabriel never offered other accommodations or help in finding one. He claimed he didn’t know that was going to happen; that’s impossible. That unit should not have been rented during that period. His attitude bordered on rude. I told him he had chosen the wrong profession. Although not nearly what I requested he sent me $280 and repeatedly stated he didn’t have to refund anything. I visit PR frequently but never again will that be my lodging.

This was a great place to stay. It was tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the beach cooler, chairs and towels were a great convenience. The location right on the beach with a pool made for a relaxing stay. Gabriel is the best host! He was very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. We appreciated the great restaurant suggestions and the effort he and his wife put in to make this an enjoyable stay!!

The place was immaculate and the view was amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The location is absolutely perfect with places to eat and drink and stores all in walking distance. The host Gabriel was amazing. Checked in on us during our stay and gave us recommendations of places to eat. We can’t wait to go back!

Gabriel is the perfect host, and he provides excellent local information for your trip. The condo is immaculate, and provisioned for every need while you are there. The neighborhood is quite safe, and the condo is ideally situated for your Puerto Rico adventure. The local cuisine is fabulous, and there are many places to try within easy walking distance of the condo. We loved our week here, and hope to return again.

This place was amazing! Gabriel, the owner, was always available for questions. He checked in on us before, during and after our trip! The condo was very clean and I am very picky! The view from the balcony was amazing and Isla Verde is a wonderful beach. We had rented a car the entire time and toured the island and we agreed that Isla Verde Beach is the nicest beach on the island. It was nice to be able to walk down from the condo right on a swimable beach! The car parking was very secure. The condo area was very secure and we felt very safe. This condo unit is on the 6th floor which is an ideal location! Book this condo! You won't regret it!! We plan to return! Awesome condo and awesome vacation!
