Absolutely stunning. My VRBO host was constantly checking in and quick to update and respond to my inquiries the entirety of our stay. Beautiful views of the ocean and gated condos. I would highly recommend.

William has a great setup and a very nice clean apartment with everything you need and more. The location is closet to alot of things best part was the pool and short to walk to the beach.

This large studio is located in Isla Verde, and is within a short walking distance of restaurants (both fine dining and fast food), a CVS pharmacy, and a supermarket (Pueblo). It's a quick trip to Old San Juan or the malls. I particularly recommend The Mall of San Juan, a small but very elegant upscale mall located about a 10-minute Uber ride from the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with a side view of the ocean, and the beach is just out the back door. The check-in process was super-easy. I particularly appreciated that the owner let me store my bags after checkout, since I had a 6:00 p.m. flight going home. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you, William!

The property proved to be exactly what we'd hoped for. We could sleep to the sound of the ocean, see it from our balcony, was close to many restaurants within walking distance (we did not rent a car) and we could walk along the beach first thing in mornings! The unit was well equipped including coffee and filters, an umbrella, great beach chairs and towels and very clean and tidy. Our host was a dream; patient with our endless questions, kind and funny!

Will was very easy to contact and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Would recommend this spot!

William has been nothing but wonderful on accommodating my husband and I. With all the extra’s in the room like coffee,sugar,toiletries or was nice to not have to go out and buy everything. With Hurricane Fiona passing buy he was very accommodating and checked on us several times. Definitely recommend staying here, beach was perfect and restaurants all within walking distance.

This property was perfect for our stay on Isla Verde beach. I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter and her friend. The location was better than we were expecting…5 minute Uber from the airport and 10 minute Uber from Old San Juan. Steps to the beach and the cvs is right across the street for snacks, toiletries, ice and liquor. We walked to lunch and dinner everyday and never felt unsafe being 3 women. Beach chairs, small beach towels and coolers were waiting and ready in the room, along with some sunscreen and basic shower necessities. The balcony has a great view of the beach on one side and the “city” on the other. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! Communication with our host, Will, was immediate and attentive. He was great!!

This was our first time visiting PR and it was just amazing! William was so accommodating and helpful he recommended us a great spot to check out while we waited to check in early. The view was amazing from the place especially the breeze from the balcony coming in it was so relaxing and safe especially if you were walking at night it still felt very safe and close to so many restaurants and the beach. Will definitely book again. 10/10

Everything was perfect! The room was great, the location is amazing with tons to do within walking distance and the beach is just a few foot steps away which also offers several different excursions. Highly recommend this unit, you won’t regret it.

There were few beach chairs in the apt which we were glad to find and used when going to the beach. There was some constructions going on in the building, but they seem to only start after 9 am so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The apartment is as advertised and even exceed our expectations in many ways. Definitely would book here again if coming back to the area.

We throughly enjoyed this rental! This is our 5th time to Puerto Rico and by far this is my favorite one. The modern condo, the perfect amount of space everything you needed to head to the beach. The amount of towels just everything was well planned out for us. I picked this one bc of the area and it was perfect left or right you can walk out and find a restaurant. Across the street is a cvs for all essentials like toothpaste liquor etc. The neighborhood is well lit, us walking around at 5am when we were coming back. Also the gated community aspect is very secure w 24 hr guards in the stands. I always feel safe while here but to ease your mind if youre new these are very nice security features I never had w a vrbo before. I enjoyed everything about this location and to mention the host ! William was beyond amazing ! He helped communicate any covid guideline changes which I wasn't aware of so I appreciated that thoughtfulness. He answers quickly and very friendly ! He is thoughtful with check in and check out and even let us know without us asking we didn't have to rush to check out. I enjoyed this location bc I felt like we had privacy and were truly on our own in the rental that is important to us. Please don't book this location when we want to come bc we def are coming back hahaha! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. It's really a gem. The view to the beach from the balcony the big bay windows. 😍 it truly is a gem at an amazing price point. You're close to everything. Walk out to a huge pool, a beautiful beach, yummy restaurants and 10 to 15 mins from the party places which is what we enjoy. You got it all here ! I'm already planning my next trip ! This cozy studio condo is perfect for a couple who wants to be close to the beach and still easily access San Juan or take day trips to Fajardo and other convenient locations. The ocean view is beautiful and there are quite a few restaurants nearby that were great. Will has everything you could need in the place, including sunscreen-coffee-beach chairs-and even a few extra drinks in the fridge. If you do find yourself stuck in the apartment doing work or escaping a passing storm, the wifi is fast and the smart TV has streaming options as well as cable. Only thing I would say against this neighborhood is that if you are a light sleeper you may want to avoid anything here due to the proximity to the airport. We personally didn't have any issues and loved how easy it was to get to/from the airport, but you could hear the planes at night occasionally.

Mr. Ortiz is incredibly quick in getting back to you if you have any questions or concerns and will offer suggestions if needed. The complex is kept very clean with sanitizer dispensers throughout. The pool is amazing, also kept very clean. If you decide to head to the beach, it is steps away just outside the pool gate, direct access…huge plus!!! Everything is close, CVS, restaurants, 24Hr pizza, car rentals, and casinos if you enjoy a bit of the gambling :-). Sitting on the balcony was great and so relaxing; with ocean breezes as you sip a cocktail in the evening or have your morning coffee. Parking is also available inside the complex which is a huge convenience. Check out the Chandelier Bar in the hotel down the street. The bartenders are incredible, make amazing cocktails, and have live music on the weekends. It was great! We really had an awesome time.
