Paradise! Everything You Could Want in a Perfect Vacation!
Venite a soggiornare nel vostro molto proprio 'casa lontano da casa!' Questo a due piani, completamente arredato si trova otto villa passi dalla piscina e 150 iarde dalla spiaggia. Si tratta di un luminoso open space con soffitti a volta e lucernari. Il ponte e portico proiettato in hanno una splendida vista sulla piscina. More than 600 feet from beach. Pollen very thick and had to hurry to clean porch floor, ledges, furniture before family arrived. The pluses comfy beds, pool

Door was unlocked upon arrival, soiled sheets on porch, food in pantry, soda can on screened deck, bathing suit liner on dresser, sand on floors, uncarpeted carpet, knob on stove didn’t work and had to call for owner to provide parking pass -it had not been called in for arrival, unit location is great

I booked this unit thinking it was much closer to the beach than it really is. 150 yards away if just false! Condo itself was very nice. Pool was good other than its not cleaned daily like others I have seen and surround by tree’s so daily there is pine cones all in the pool. On the Friday before we left the kiddie pool and hot tub had a sign from the South Carolina Dept of health that said No swimming allowed which raised concerns since we used them all week.

We've stayed here two years in a row and will definitely be back. Location is perfect at end of the street adjacent to the pool and a short walk to the beach.

We had 5 adults and two children during our week at Hilton Head in this spacious villa! Beach is so close, easy walk. So much Pickleball just down the street and we played 5 days out of 6. Great villa! We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head.

6 Adults and 1 toddler with plenty of space for everyone. The 3 Bed and 4 Bath worked out perfect for our group! The screened porch was an added bonus, it cooled down at night so we could enjoy the outside space with no bugs. The townhome is literally right next to the community pool (never croweded)! The walk to the beach was easy and shaded most of the way. The owners communicated ASAP at all times. If you're traveling with a little one they have a portacrib, highchair and stroller on site. Would totally book this again!!

The unit was perfect for our family. The unit is located next to pool which was perfect. We’ve been coming to HHI, specifically Palmetto Dunes and this unit does not disappoint.

Beautiful condo. We celebrated a 60th and 30th birthdays Two wedding anniversaries, 37 years and 7 years. The property is beautiful. Walked everyday. Loved that the pool was just outside the back door. The beach is just steps away. Deb is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this villa.

This property is great. Very spacious. Nice location at the back of Palmetto Dunes. Very quiet. We loved the screened porch! Short walk to the beach and just steps to the swimming pool.

We had a very enjoyable winter get-away at Deb and Tom's Huntington condo.
Nicely decorated with updated baths and kitchen appliances. Layout worked really well for extended family. Screened porch was great since the weather was unseasonably warm. Location was in a quiet area a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Importantly, Deb was very easy to interact with: she answered our questions almost immediately.

This is strictly a rental unit. Kind of run down. We had three families staying with us for a family vacation. Bathroom upstairs had the water turned off so bathroom shower was not usable. Kitchen was not stocked that well for cooking. The pool location was nice. The beach is farther than led to believe. We had three young children with us so we went and bought a wagon for the daily trek to the beach. Very surprised to find this unit has no smoke detectors anywhere in the villa. The outside light didn’t work 99% of the time. Walking to and from car to unload was difficult without lighting. The parking Pass for our cars was supposed to be$10.00 each. They charged $25.00 per car. I would look twice before renting this villa.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the games that were available to play in the evening. The screened in porch was great with the baby as a confined area and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the closed proximity to the pool and beach. Hopefully we will be back!! Thanks for sharing your home.

Location of this property was perfect! Loved that it was at the back of Palmetto Dunes, so very private. Lots of trees for shade, we spent so much time on screened in porch. The pool was right there, a path from the back door! Beach was a short walk. We really loved our week away!

The floors, bathrooms, linens, beds, etc. were clean but the rest of the condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The screened porch would have been nice except for an accumulation of dirt on boards framing the screen and in corners. Lighting in many areas of the property was very poor, especially in the vanity area of the master bath. There was not enough light in that area for me to shave or my wife to apply makeup. I tried changing bulbs and tried multiple light switches and nothing worked. 2 positives were good beds and closeness of the pool. Pool was nice. 2 suggestions: be honest with information about the property and give it a good deep clean periodically. Also improve the lighting, especially in the master bath. Nice kitchen and and well equipped. Attractive property with great potential, but needs some serious TLC.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay in hilton head over the new year holiday, with our 6 year old twins! Debra answered our pre-trip questions very quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking our meals. The location was great. We spent our days biking all over the island (lots of trails and the beach too!). We spent evenings enjoying the community hot tub that was 10yds from the back door (only saw others in it once). Agree with others that the place could use a deep cleaning but felt safe in the house and on the island as everyone kept their distance and wore masks.

Hilton head stay
We really enjoyed this property! The beach was extremely close, we were able to walk there easily with younger children. The property was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and hot tub area were great and right outside the door. Bike rentals were also close by and very easy. The owner was responsive and proactive to make sure our arrival was easy. We would definitely stay again and again!

We loved our stay. Great location and convenient to the pool and beach. We look forward to staying here on a future visit to Hilton Head!
