Condo is located on Folly Field Beach. We loved the location at the price point. Great view of ocean, walkway to the beach just a few steps from the condo, centrally located to many restaurants. Room for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Owner was super responsive. Would recommend to any family looking for a beach getaway.

This condo was perfect. Clean, had everything we needed and there’s not a more perfect spot at the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. I love being on the bottoms with stairs right out to walk to the pool. We had plenty of towels and samples of everything to get started. It was a great place for our family of 4.

This place is simply fantastic. Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Laura was so accessible and easy to work with. They take great pride in their unit and it was probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Everything about the experience was top notch

Unbeatable location and view. You are ON the beach. The pool was refreshing. Like that it was really private and secure. Every you knew to eat with beach chairs provided. Only drawback was the two beds in the 2nd bedroom weren’t too comfortable. Everything else was awesome. Great place.

The views are amazing!!!! Laura is a pleasure to work with and communicates in a timely fashion. The master bed is a little firm, but not horribly. Thank you for letting us stay!

Great place and location

Location was great, property was great, the only negative was the condo was only superficially cleaned, food left under beds, food and dirt pushed under couch, clothes from previous renter under bed,

We’ve been renting at sea cloisters for many years at various condos. Never disappointed. This was a great condo and excellent folks to work with. Considering another trip for next year. But one item is going to cause us to pause and think about the future after a power outage to the part of the island left the gates inoperable to depart. Unfortunately all were helpless due to the inability to manually open the gates during a power outage. Which really concerned us but also delayed our departure by a couple hours. Again, it could’ve been worse, but it does make us wonder what happens if a tropical system were to impact the poetry and cause prolonged power outage or an emergency was needed. You’d be at the mercy of emergency services. Again, we love staying at sea cloisters and the listing was great. We may even rent here again, but need to think about the statistical anomaly of a power outage.

This was one of the best trips I’ve had a HHI. The condo was perfect. It was clean and organized. I could relax and have everything at my fingertips. Will definitely be back. Thanks.

Our stay was perfect. We've stayed in this area of the island at various properties for 5 years, and this is our favorite location yet. The condo was perfect size and had everything we needed, the pool was great and I loved being at a building that wasn't huge. Thank you!

This is our third year staying in this condo and it is amazing! The oceanfront location is the best on HHI. The beach right in front of this complex is not as crowded as other locations. The condo was clean and spacious for our group of six. The checkin process was great and communication with the owner was great. We will be back next year!

Although we were not at the property long, only had one night in town, it was the perfect location and an adorable WELL stocked location :) The owners were very accommodating and we wish would would have been able to stay a longer! Would completely recommend for families.

After searching for a bit, I found this rental and I'm so glad I did. This is the perfect place for a family and ours definitely enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints whatsoever. Well, our stay could have been longer but that's my only complaint. I really enjoyed the location. It is right on the beach and has a gated entry. Everything you need is in the condo and provides all the comforts of home. Also, Laura was available each time I contacted her. We even stayed a day extra and she was willing to help get everything set up to accomplish that. A great host and property and when we return to Hilton Head this will be the place we stay. Thank you !

We have been coming to Hilton Head for a long time. I believe this is the ideal place to be on the island. Right in the middle of all the action while minimizing the amount of driving and traffic. This is also an ideal location within the property. You have direct access to the beach from the back porch. Beautiful view, the property is well maintained and the pool is great. The condo itself is well done but I would bring my own bath towels as the ones provided aren’t great. But that is a small thing compared to the overall property. Definitely recommend and we will be back as we have found our place on the island.

Convenient to beach and pool. Easy checkin and happy where condo was located as husband had back surgery and couldn’t get around well

Loved this condo and the location! We had a great time! Next time we will stay longer!

We love that it’s close to the beach, easy access, ocean front view from patio. There were some dog mess on grass near the patio and peanut shells and food thrown over from the top balcony to our landing stairs . TV in living room was not working and furniture is outdated but overall we enjoyed our stay. Getting in the gate was not easy find till someone told us after 1 day how to get in from other entrance.

Beautiful property and perfect location!

First time in Hilton Head and it did not disappoint! Was a central meeting place for us and our kids. The property has plenty of room and great location! The views were awesome and everything was either a short walk or drive away! Would definitely stay here again 10/10!

The location of the property is excellent. The kitchen needs help but everything else was sufficient.

We booked the property prior to omicron outbreak, and as our deadline for cancellation with full refund was only a couple of days away. we still wanted to wait for couple of weeks more to fully understand the effects of the new variant before making the decision. When I reached out , Laura and John agreed to my request and extended the Cancellation by another two weeks, very nice of them. They also let us check in earlier than 4 PM. Apartment is clean and furnished adequately. Some coffee, creamer and sugar would have been better, as well as extra trash can liners and one more pack of dish washer detergent would have added to the convenience. Overall a good experience. Thanks to the hosts.
