Tutto il necessario per la spiaggia è proprio qui !!! 2 biciclette per adulti per l'uso durante il soggiorno nella nostra villa. La tua casa lontano da casa. Ampia suite matrimoniale al primo piano con bagno padronale recentemente rinnovato con cabina doccia e zona spogliatoio. La camera da letto principale ha accesso al ponte con vista sulla laguna e sulla seconda buca del campo da golf di Trent Jones. 2 camere da letto al piano superiore aggiuntive con bagno Jack & Jill di dimensioni standard in comune. Una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e terza camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali. Cucina del cuoco completamente rinnovata con elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard tra cui una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La cucina è aperta alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno con una parete di porte scorrevoli sul bellissimo ponte. Ponte di dimensioni standard che si affaccia sulla laguna con grande griglia a gas e ampi posti a sedere. Tutta la nuova biancheria, materassi, teli mare. Tutto il necessario per una rilassante "casa lontano da casa"

This was the first time traveling with our dogs for vacation. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed bird watching off the deck. Property was clean and spacious.

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

Exceeded expectations
Nadine and Michael’s place definitely exceeded my expectations. It is very clean and spacious, even with a group of 8 we had room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and cool cotton linens were a bonus. The location was perfect, we took the dune buggy to the beach and shopping and walked to the general store. The grill worked great the first nice after a long drive and we enjoyed drinks on the patio every evening. Enjoyed an evening bike ride with my son (the one seat was a little loose but we managed). There are a lot of little extras like beach chairs/umbrellas. Ceiling fans were a plus, it was a little warm but I think that’s just SC. Communication with Nadine was excellent, she answered questioned quickly and helped us get a day parking pass for a friend. Super friendly, we would stay again! Thanks for letting us bring our dog Max, could tell by little touches that the owners are dog lovers!

Relaxing and spacious villa
Our family of four enjoyed our week. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. We always rent in Palmetto Dunes when we visit HHI and this was our most comfortable villa to date. Fortunately we had some cool evenings for June and we were able to enjoy the deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved being able to bring our dog with us for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the spices available helped tremendously. Also having beach towels and chairs provided made packing our car for the trip much easier. The linens were nice and beds comfortable. My only issue, which I addressed with the owner, is that the map on VRBO shows the condo on the opposite side of the golf course in a different neighborhood. This villa is in Queens Grant. This is further from the beach than we prefer to stay. However we rented extra bikes and one with a cart to travel to the beach with all of our gear. Having the owners provide two bikes was extremely helpful. Overall I highly recommend this condo.

Nadine and Michael were the perfect hosts. Condo was clean, fully stocked, great view of lagoon and so happy we could bring our little dogs. Would love to go back.

Perfect for 6 people
Great location in Palmetto Dunes/HHI with easy parking. Guest parking was affordable ($25/week). VERY comfortable and nicely designed living room, dining room, patio, etc. Backs up to a golf course and lagoon. VERY well equipped for cooking/dining, large fridge, lots of appliances. There is so much servewear (plates, bowls, mugs, glasses) that it wouldn't be possible for the cleaning crew to clean all of them between guests, so to be safe we ended up cleaning everything before we used it. Lots of beach supplies - towels, chairs, umbrellas, games. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean linens. When we arrived there were some supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, but we had to replenish them once they ran out, so just keep that in mind during your grocery store runs. I contacted the owner on several occassion with quesitons and she responded promptly - a pleasure to interact with! We hope to return again for another beach vacation.

This location is great for a serene, relaxing, quiet location. Was very clean and equipped with everything you need. This location is a small bike ride to the beach and close to the entrance of palmetto dunes. Loved the deck and lagoon in the backyard.

Beautiful condo and wonderful location
The condo was exceptionally beautiful and luxurious, spacious and had everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing, with a view from the deck that was outstanding. Nadine was very responsive to any issues we had.

Spring Vacation
Excellent property. Quiet location overlooking lagoon channel and golf course in back of Queens Grant. Easy beach access. Well stocked villa. Although we didn't use the bikes provided they are a great plus to have. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic location
Overall we loved it. The villa backs up to a lagoon and is alongside the 2nd hole of the Trent Jones course, and the spacious deck/patio had great views of both. Inside the rooms were spacious and the layout was great for 7 people. There were a couple of nuisance issues, couldnt figure out the ceiling fans, and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were really loud, but nothing we couldn't live with or that ruined our trip. We would definitely return.

Just like home
As soon as we walked in the door, it felt like home.
The villa has new furniture, is comfortable, well stocked and very clean! We didn't need to bring anything other than food and clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to just about anything you want to do. And the villa is set peacefully just behind the lagoon. Sitting on the back deck, we felt like we were the only people around...
Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were very responsive to our questions both pre and post arrival. They checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was ok.
We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in Queens Grant
This villa was fully stocked with everything you would need. The decor and furniture were beautiful. The beds in all three rooms were very comfortable as were the couches in the living area. Spacious kitchen table for meals and cards. Beautiful back yard view. Everything was wonderful.

Great place, great communication with owners
While it's a little compact and the outside neighborhood is one of the older subdivisions in Palemetto Dunes (if not the whole island), the owners did a fantastic job of creating a very cozy and inviting space. It was perfect for our family to stay a few extra days in Hiltone Head to extend our vacation. Rooms are on the small side, but that's OK. Huge bonus was that it was VERY dog friendly... The owners are clearly dog lovers!

The Villa was a perfect fit for 4 college friends celebrating 28 years of friendship. The owner Nadine was available when needed and easy to communicate with. Nadine thought of everything from the well stocked kitchen to the plush beach towels!

Great Place to Stay
We had a great time at the property this week. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved how close everything was outside of the resort. Inside of the resort we loved that we could walk or bike to the general store and the beach. The pool is just steps out the back door. My kids enjoyed the bikes that were provided. They rode then to the general store for snacks or supplies everyday. We enjoyed being right on the lagoon and rented a canoe for the week to go fishing. My Family very much enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was truly a home away from home and we felt very comfortable. The great communication with the owner made the whole process very easy. The property is beautiful and it is in a great location inside Palmetto Dunes. I hope to stay here again in the future!
