Second time at the property. Great location in Sea Pines! Property is very clean and well appointed. Owner is always quick to respond and great to work with. Loved our time and family vacation! We will definitely be booking again when we return to HHI!

As Hilton Head becomes more popular (and more crowded) during the summer, staying in the right location becomes more important. This home was biking distance to Harbor Town, South Beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, Coligny Beach, and a lot more. The house was spacious and the perfect size for our family of 5 plus dog. We also loved being right next to the forest preserve and seeing wildlife every day. Kathy and Dave were super responsive and helped us figure a few things out while we were there. All in all I highly recommend this house!

Our family had an amazing week in Sea Pines. Being so close to the nature preserve and the beach was wonderful. We biked almost everywhere and played games in the evening in the spacious house. The house was perfect for our needs, beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay at this property again!! We can’t wait to come back hopefully next summer. This place is a gem.

Having stayed at a few VRBO's, I can say this one was the best our family has ever stayed at! The property was clean, well managed with excellent communication, and provided a perfect home base for my family-kids from 1-6, plus two sets of in laws to explore HHI.
While we didn't use the bikes as the managing the kids (and older parents :) ) was more than my wife and I wanted to handle, we would definitely take advantage next time.
Being a/b a mile from the beach, I would shuttle people to the beach access points and walk from the house briskly. I didn't mind the exercise since we had ice cream nearly every night, but for those without the extreme on the age spectrum, it is a very doable walk and/or bike ride.
The house had EVERYTHING we needed or wanted PLUS MORE! The pack and play was a must with the baby, and there was even an attachable high chair that was a pleasant surprise. Some basic beach gear-chairs, toys, were a hit. Plus there were some games for the kiddos.
With plenty of space to eat and cook meals, it took the stress out of trying to get a large group out to eat every night. The space was immaculate, comfortable, and there were ZERO complaints from anybody, a first for my family :)
We were able to have fun full days and comfortable restful nights. Some of our live's sweetest memories were made on this trip. We cannot wait to come back!

The house had everything we needed and was in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. My family of four rode bikes all over Sea Pines and walked to the beach. The home was clean and well designed. The living area was very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating and table-space, both indoors and out. The large, deep sink and toaster oven in the kitchen were appreciated when preparing meals. We used one of the bikes at the house after paying the deposit to have access to them. All the bikes seemed well taken care of and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family spent a wonderful, relaxing week in this beautiful vacation home. We enjoyed the spacious living/dining room area, the cozy bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean. The outdoor area is also beautiful in the most picturesque neighborhood of Hilton Head. Kathy, the owner, is very responsive, communication is super smooth.10/10!

We had a very nice time at this House while in Hilton Head for 4 nights. I had only one small disappointment with the House and that was that it did not have a fenced in area around the back of the property so we could let our small dog out. Had to take her for a walk down the neighborhood roads and at night it was easy to get lost coming back. No street lights and many trees; so pretty dark & disorienting. Other than that, we found the House very comfortable and located at a very central area close to activities, restaurants and walking/bike paths. I would recommend this place to any one traveling to Hilton Head.

It was our 46th Anniversary getaway. We stayed with another couple. We loved the location. Close to restaurants, grocery and short drive to Coligney Beach access. We reached out to Kathy (owner) with a couple question - she responded quickly and was very pleasant. We plan to save this location for whenever we return again. It was perfect!

We loved our visit to Sea Pines as we always do! This house checked all the boxes for what we needed and we had a great time using the trails behind the house, walking to the beach, and using the many bikes provided. The bikes were the best touch. Thank you!

Our family rented this property for a week as we relocated from Maryland to Hilton Head. The location was ideal for us being close to both the school as well as the beach, etc. The home was well taken care of. There were some initial issues with the cleaning company but the owners immediately addressed the issues and were great to work with. Overall a great experience. The home was exactly as pictured and we would rent there again. Thanks!!

Overall nice property that is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy, has everything you need plus some added bonus with some beach gear (chairs, toys). It has bikes as well and although a few needed maintenance, the owner’s assisted.

Lovely 3 bed 2 bath that comfortably housed our family for the week. Walk is about 15 minutes to beach or 5 minutes by bike. Public pool access is in South Beach marina-weekly family pass is $85 and daily family pass is $40-can be purchased onsite from the pool attendant.

Excellent property in the private Lawton Woods community in Sea Pines. Has all the amenities you need. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Literally a 5 min bike ride (provided) from the nearest beach access point or 10 minutes from Sea Pines beach club. Fire pit was a great place to relax in evening after a day at the beach. Owners very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

This property was able to accommodate our large family of 7. The bikes that were available for use was one of the main reasons we booked this particular house. Renting bikes for a large family gets very expensive but the bikes could use a little work. We biked everyday, it was a blast. We also appreciated the beach equipment in the hall closet. It was everything we needed for a great getaway. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The space is very clean, welcoming, and accessible for a toddler as well as older adults. The location is quiet and peaceful while still being close to restaurants and activities. Kathy was a very responsive and kind host. We truly enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this place! Nice location for riding bicycles. We used 2 of the bikes provided and they were very nice. If staying with pets it is easy access to take them for a walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, but a few maintenance and upgrades are needed. I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the home not just the normal touch up after each stay. The couch and love seat are ready for an upgrade and the outdoor table and chairs need a fresh coat of paint.The outdoor furniture was quite dirty and also covered in leaves. I had to sweep the front porch and remove cobwebs from the front entrance and the ceilings inside the house. Very nice home just needs some additional attention from property management.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's a very quiet spot with a nice walking trail behind the house, and a very pleasant back yard to sit outside and relax with a glass of wine. The house was very clean, attractive, and comfortable. We loved having the bikes included! They are older but worked fine for us to ride to Salty Dog and Harbour Town. We usually drove to the Beach Club to more easily get all our gear to the beach -- get there early so you can get a parking spot. We like to go there so we have a restroom and the restaurant and bar. We did take some of the beach chairs from the house also -- great to have! The location was also nice to get to the gate easily to go to dinner outside Sea Pines. The only slight complaint was that the mattresses in the second and kids' bedrooms were not the best. Highly recommend this house.

We have stayed in this property for several years. It has a walkable location to the beach and is convenient to everything on the South end of HHI. It is located in a great neighborhood with a mixture of owner/occupants and rental houses. The house is equipped with whatever you might need for your stay.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

What a great location! The property was very easy to find, it was in a good spot on the island and in easy access of everything we wanted to do. We did borrow the bikes and we rode all over the place, including down to the lighthouse, which was well worth it. It took us about 25 minutes to ride down there on the bikes. And it also was a nice ride to the beach which only took about five minutes. There were several bikes available as well as towels and beach chairs if we needed them. The house was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. We enjoyed the big dining room table where we were able to play games at night. That's always a plus. And we really enjoyed the YouTube TV which we had never experienced before. We would most certainly come here again. Thanks, Kathy!

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head. We loved having the bikes, beach gear and the fire pit at the house. The location was awesome in the Sea Pines community. This was my second trip to Hilton Head for the same long weekend conference in early October, but my first time staying at this property. (October is a great time to visit, btw...we didn't find crowds anywhere. We were even seated without waiting at Hudson's -although we did eat inside. The weather was perfect to bike everywhere). I do like staying at Sea Pines, and will always choose to be there instead of a hotel. I liked the size and layout of this house. It is decorated well and very well equipped. It was also IMMACULATE. The owner was very easy to reach via phone and responsive to all questions. We had cool nights and were able to use the firepit! Regarding the location- spot on! I like the fact we never felt cramped into a condo type atmosphere where neighbors are on top of each other. This house is in a residential neighborhood and everyone was friendly but private. We rode bikes everyday. The house is located close to the trails along the east edge of Sea Pines---Coligny, Atlantic Ocean, beach club, South Beach etc. But, it was also easy to access the west side trails to get to the lighthouse, Harbour Town, etc. By car, we were able to get into and out of Sea Pines easily through either security gate. When I return for this conference in the future, I will definitely stay at this home again.

I've never stayed in Lawton Woods before so I wasn't sure about the distance to the beach but it turned out to be really good. The bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club was less than 10 minutes. Having the bikes and beach chairs available was a big plus for us. The labels on the drawers and cabinets were helpful too. Our only complaints were small- the shower head in the hall bathroom is super powerful and kind of hurts if you're sunburned, there weren't any hot pads/pot holders (maybe someone took them because there IS a drawer labelled for them), the third bedroom gets hot if you close the doors, and the dishwasher door/bottom drawer are a little difficult. None of that would stop me from renting here again though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great week on HHI with the family. Great layout for our family trip. Easy bike ride to the beach and convenient location in sea pines. Great table for our family breakfast each am and all the amenities you need for a week at the beach. House was very clean upon arrival and plenty of bath towels. Will be back next year!

Excellent place to stay in Sea Pines
Overall this property worked well for our family. Property owners could easily charge more for all the space. Pictures on VRBO represent the place perfectly. Only complaint was many of the dishes/silverware were not clean but no big deal we just washed them again. Loved that it was pet friendly!

Rented Apr 27, 2022 and found the house clean with all of the needed kitchen items. The free bikes was a definite plus! Only negative item, is that the front entry and back porch should have been blown off prior to our arrival. Lots of leaves…1+ weeks worth. But everything else was great! Saw lots of wildlife!!!
