This place has a TERRIFIC layout and a very usable and well-stocked, up-to-date kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful, and we utilized the loft too. Unfortunately, we warded off several roaches. One was 3" long. My daughter-in-law thought she had seen a mouse scurry across the floor, but it wasn't a mouse. Ugh! I'm sure it's hard to keep rentals clean food-wise, but something must be done. An exterminator, maybe? Spider webs in the windows, a master sink that from the start just couldn't handle the flow of water without plugging up temporarily. Upon arrival, we went to wipe up watery footprints and were dismayed with how dirty the paper towel was. Tons of dog hair on the living room furniture and rugs (and even dining room table) when we arrived. This place isn't receiving more than surface cleanings. With some deep (and I mean deep) cleaning, touch-up painting, attention to the insect problem, and some fresh living room furniture this place could be a 5-star place to stay at its price point. I think we would look elsewhere next time.

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! I took my 3 teenagers and their friends for the week, and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this rental and will certainly be back.

It was a perfect location and overall set up for us. We especially liked the kitchen, which was lovely, with all the dishes and such that we could ever need. My husband and I stayed there with our two daughters and their husbands, and everyone was comfortable. Would definitely come back!

The property was clean and well appointed. The host thought of all the little details necessary for a great stay. We put the bikes and beach chairs to good use. I would recommend this property for other guests to Sea Pines.

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful villa . Great location, close to the beach . Villa was spotless and have a lot of nice amenities.
Very well stuffed kitchen… I loved the kitchen !!!
Welcoming wine bottle was a nice thoughtful touch.
We loved it so much that we ask Jessica to extend our vacation. She was very kind and helpful!

As "frequent weekenders" we've had the privilege of enjoying a lot of different spots. In this price range, this would be a top choice...everything was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, as was the seating arrangements. Great location and walking distance to the beach, but a very short drive to the Beach Club if you need to drive. The owners have been thoughtful in furnishings, and have made available everything you need, making it seem more like a vacation home, rather than a rental....which is not easy to do. The unit appears to have been recently updated and the kitchens and baths are very nice. Great water pressure! Would not hesitate to recommend 100%, and the property manager is very responsive, easy to communicate with and all around great!

This was our first time in Sea Pines and we absolutely fell in love with the area. This property is perfectly located to both South Beach and the Salty Dog. Bikes are a must to get around - and we were lucky enough to have 2 adult bikes provided. Owners were very detailed with instructions, etc. prior to arrival. The only issue we encountered were allergies. I know the unit said "pet friendly" but we didn't know that allergens from previous pets were still located inside the house. My daughter (7) is very allergic to dogs and I believe the blanket she was using in her upstairs room along with a blanket on the couch, may have had some pet hair on it. Just something to keep in mind when looking around. Aside from that, this place had everything you would need and was in an excellent location.

Fabulous stay and even better townhome. Not one complaint. Arrived a little early and townhome was spotless and very well cleaned. Easy access to beach and walking distance to the golf courses. Strongly encourage…. We’ll be back. And the A/C works exceptionally well.

The property location was perfect and the villa itself is lovely! Great location near center of Sea Pines so biking to all Sea Pines landmarks is easy. Bike to beach in 5 minutes with access to beach club. The villa was perfect size for our family. Wonderful owners & very responsive whenever a question came up. Top of our list of favorite vacation spots!

My wife and I and our two dogs had a great stay at Jessica's condo in Sea Pines. The place is exactly as advertised - very spacious with tons of natural light (which is especially great on a rainy day) and room to relax. The place is very accomodating, with a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and everything you could need. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the Beach Club. We hit the beach every, rode bikes, and cooked dinners every night. Thanks for everything, look forward to our next stay!

This property was perfect for our Sea Pines beach vacation. Newly renovated it had everything we needed for our week long beach vacation. Very spacious, comfortable beds, new bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, and a family room with room to spare so everyone could spread out and not be on top of each other. I have stayed in many VRBO property's and this is in the top of the list. I would give this property a 6th star in a 5 star review if allowed. We will be re-booking for next year...

My wife and I had a great stay at Sea Pines this past week. The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property owners were great and so easy to work with for the rental. Their communication with us was excellent throughout the process. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.

What a great place to relax and unwind. Excellent location in Sea Pines - on bike path and easy access to stores and restaurants without being in the midst of them. Beautiful view out the windows.

We have been visiting Hilton Head for more than 20 years, and have rented some excellent accommodations. This one is easily among our favorites. Clean, comfortable, well-decorated and equipped—and a great location. Having the beach gear and two bikes provided with the unit was so convenient. Thanks! Our Villa was furnished with everything that we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom was great for our young adults to have a private space to themselves. The master bedroom and bath was very comfortable. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room was a great place to gather without feeling crowded. The property manager was so helpful. I highly recommend renting this property.

Celebration at Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island
We came to Sea Pines to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful villa, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and sunset dinner cruise were all spectacular. The week went too quickly. Suffice it to say, we loved our stay! Thank you so very much.

Amazing Time
Sea Pines is so peaceful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the golf course view and close proximity to the beautiful beach club. Loves that beach bikes were included. Beautiful home to enjoy and beautiful sea pines area to explore.

Nice, Roomy Condo
Really nice, remodeled condo. We had friends with a house on the beach and chose this condo based on its proximity to them. Great location close to beach and it was an easy bike ride to both the Lighthouse and South Beach areas of Sea Pines. Only negative is the outdoor space isn’t very inviting — but you are so close to the great spots in Sea Pines it really isn’t a big deal.

Great location!
The condo is located in Sea Pines area of Hilton Head… away from commercialization, and less traffic mostly. Could ride bikes to beach, to south beach area and Harbor Town. Will stay here again! Had great weather, which helped make our stay so enjoyable.

Family vacation
We loved our stay. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking so pleasant. Having beach towels, chairs and bikes was really convenient as well. It was an easy walk of bike ride to the beach. The house was lovely.

Great place
We really enjoyed the condo it was well stocked with everything you need and nice and clean. Anytime I had questions Jessica was quick to respond, I know if I had any problems she would have handled it promptly. I would recommend this place.

Family vacation with the in-laws
We spent a week here with our kids that are almost grown and my in-laws. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, I had practically everything I needed to cook at home.
Was about a 12 minute walk to the beach and the club which wasn't bad for us and a good location to Publix and shops
