This was our family’s first visit to Hilton Head. I wasn’t too familiar with the area but couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Jim & Joanie’s gorgeous home. It is perfectly located right in Sea Pines which is the hub of HHI! Their listing was spot on with all the details of the home. Our family of 8 had more than enough room in the spacious living area and bedrooms. It was amazing having so many bathrooms! The house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, unbelievably relaxing and has all that you would need and more for cooking for the week. We truly enjoyed relaxing by the serene pool each afternoon while looking out at the gorgeous view! We appreciate Jim calling the day before our visit to walk us through all the rental details and ins and outs of HHI. We certainly took him up on many of his restaurant recommendations! We absolutely loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked a second year back at their lovely home. Thank you Jim and Joanie for the fabulous week!!!! Our family made so many wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back and explore next year.

The property was beautiful and very convenient to Harbor Tone- 5 - 10 minute walk. The beach was a 8 minute drive- Sea Pines has the best beach! We thoroughly enjoyed the house- very airy and spacious - very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 small boys. The pool was really nice with beautiful
landscaping on the golf course. Would definitely return to this home!

House had a great layout and lots of room for our entire family (10 people). Pool was fun. Owner was very communicative and Property Manager was readily available to answer questions. Short walk over to Harbor Town. We would go back if our family decides to vacation in Hilton Head again.

My family and friends stayed in Jim and Joanie’s home the week of May 25-June 1. We have booked with VRBO multiple times but this home was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of space for eight adults. We all loved how open it was but everyone had privacy if needed.
The outside area was also beautiful. We made good use of the pool and grill. After spending the day at the beach it was nice to come back and sit around the pool.
We have been to Hilton Head several times but have never stayed in Sea Pines. We loved the serenity of the area. We have already booked the house for next year!
Jim was very thorough and accommodating. It’s evident that they want their guests to enjoy their home. Thank-you, Jim and Joanie for giving my family a week of memories. See you next year

What a wonderful house! The house gave us ample opportunities to be together and to have quiet time away from the group. We loved being able to walk to so many activities. I would definitely stay there again if going with a large group.

First of all I have to divulge that I lived on HHI for 51/2 years so I am very familiar with all that Sea Pines has to offer, so I only wanted to stay in a property there. Plus I needed a house with no less than 4 en-suite bathrooms.
This house is above what I imagined that I could find for my friends and my stay. LOCATION: private, walkable to Harbour Town, shopping, restaurants. Easy drive to Sea Pines Beach Club and the amazing beach bar and staff.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Beautiful soaring ceilings,tons of windows giving lots of sunlight. Bedrooms very comfortable, plenty of closet space, several balconies that give couples private time away from the group. All said their beds were so comfortable and everyone slept “like the dead”. I’m a retired chef and it was very easy working in the kitchen preparing meals and drinks for us and my other friends who visited. Showers were well sized and offered plenty of hot water and bright white towels for after the beach and pool. OWNERS: Joanie and Jim Cantalupo were the best. Jim is in contact, available and very approachable with answers to every question.
Having been in hospitality for 30 years myself, I expect to have my needs met as a customer, client or guest and Jim and the Property Manager, Bryon worked together perfectly to make my stay above my high expectations. I was so proud to share my love of Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines with my friends at this lovely property. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

This is a beautiful home, with an even better property manager/owner who really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you want and more. We hand four couples on our trip and had plenty of room! From the decorations, to the NEW renovated master bathroom, this home blew our expectations out of the water. Beautiful home, amazing host, so clean and beautiful.

This is a great home in a great location. We had three couples and everyone had enough room for privacy while sharing spacious common areas for meals and time to catch up with each other. Sea Pines has many opportunities for whatever interests you. The owner communicates well and is proactive in their desire to see you have an enjoyable stay. We would rent here again and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We were a group of eight cousins (age 70 and older) that enjoyed daily activities that included pickleball, bike riding, walks on the beach, sightseeing and cooking together.
The kitchen was well equipped. The view of the pool and pond from the wide open living room was relaxing.

This was absolutely the perfect house for my 4 adult children and their significant others and myself to stay together for my daughter's wedding at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. The house was immaculate and incredibly well stocked. It is within easy walking distance to all of Harbour Town and a short bike ride to the beach. Jim was a pleasure to communicate with and truly cared that our stay was wonderful. The new master bath is beautiful and the pool and view add to the relaxing feel of the property. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to rent this property.

Rented this home for my niece’s wedding celebration this past weekend. It really exceeded all our expectations. The location, cleanliness, design (two bedrooms and baths on the first floor for any non stair climbers) and condition of the home was outstanding. Do not hesitate to rent this home…you will not be disappointed at all.

We had a great time at the beautiful home in a great Sea Pines location. Close to beach, Harbor Town, shopping, outstanding restaurants, and bike paths to get everywhere. The host is super communicative and the on-site property manager is very responsive. The house is equipped with every convenience and a beautiful outdoor pool with a lagoon and golf view. Great place to read, take pictures, put together puzzles, enjoy meals, play games. Plenty of space and fun for everyone! We will be back.

We loved our stay at this house....everything is exactly as it appeared on the website. Location is walking distance to the Harbour Town restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and was plenty of room for us and family. Jim was great with communication before our stay and made sure everything was in perfect order. We will definitely plan to stay there again!

Great location! Well taken care of property. The home is well stocked with anything we needed. Communication with owner and property manager very prompt. Had a deer looking in the front door one morning. Just a great, relaxing stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

This was our 6th year staying at this home. We love it there and have had nothing but positive interactions with the owner and property manager. The home is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and has an excellent location for biking, going to the beach, harbour town, restaurants, etc.. It’s in a peaceful, quiet area that is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend!

The property was kept clean. The home looks as the pictures portrayed it. From the rear patio you overlook the pool, pond, and golf course. Our family spent a lot of time in or around the pool. It was just a short walk on the neighborhood paths to the shops and restaurants at harbour town. This is our second time visiting sea pines. If we make a third trip I would stay at this home again.

Excellent experience with booking~ owners provided wonderful communication throughout the process. The property is very clean and well appointed for comfort and enjoyment. The main living area provides great light and view of the outside with ample window access. Our family also enjoyed the lovely pool area.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Jim called me a few days before our stay to fill us in on some logistics of the home. He answered questions about the island. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house for 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean and ready for us. The owner called prior to our stay and detailed the rules and expectations. Next time we stay in Hilton Head, I will seek this house. The house was very comfortable, tge pool was perfect size and having the toy chest for the pool was a really nice feature, the house was more than big enough to house 7 of us. We had no problem contacting Brian the property manage and even spoke to the owner. We had a great time and would rent this house again

What a great vacation! The house is exactly as it looks online. The pool area is so nice, room for all of us and plenty of lounge chairs. The location is the best, close enough to walk to the shops and have breakfast by the lighthouse. We had several family dinners at home that was only possible because the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan/pot we could have wished for! We are already planning to come back in 2024!

We had a golf group of eight ladies. The house was large enough to comfortably accomodate us. It was a great location with a nice view.
