This is a well presented, clean and tidy apartment. The photos are an accurate reflection of the property which is sited on the second floor and overlooks a small lake with a fountain. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including facilities to cook a meal.

There's a sweet screened in porch. We saw some wildlife in the backyard pond. It's a comfortable space to relax.

clean, quite and had all the amenities we wanted. wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to my friends.

Nice safe community, pretty lake with water fountain, very clean and neat apartment, very spacious. Shaun was a very nice owner.

Shower had no water pressure plus low for us tall people.

The price was good! Host allowed me to bring 2 extra persons at no charge after my reservation was made. Apartment was really nice!

The STAIRS and one bathroom. (I had a broken ankle and my sister had hip replacement surgery. I was not aware of sooo many steps!) Bathroom doors stick making noise when opened. Area rugs under the beds are a fall hazard, (sticking up at the corners) especially for someone with a disability. Owner maybe should remove those rugs and let guest know beforehand that there are multiple stairs and there are alligator signs posted near the pond! 2 beds in one of the bedrooms would have been great!

Everything was very stylish and very clean.

Liked everything, only improvement would be the water pressure of the toilet.

Clean, spacious apartment comes stocked with anything anyone will need. Unit is in gated community and over looks a charming retention pond. Decor looks like it is out of a magazine-beautiful. Quiet and secure. Would definitely come back.
