Ça change des lodges avec de nombreuses chambres. Ç est une autre expérience très positive.
La dame nous a réservé une superbe sortie dans le lodge d à côté pour voir les fauves, elle nous préparait également une boîte de petit déjeuner quand on est parti à 6h30.
Ç est tout propre, la Deco m a impressionnée car tout est pensé, recherché et de très bon goût. Ç était top

Lovely host who share so much about living on the farm, which made for aninteresting evening. The rooms are beautiful and the food prepared with TLC.
Highly recommended.
The farm is a little far from main road connecting Outja with the Park.

Marianna's plentiful, varied and completely delicious food. Piet is a mine of information about Namibia, and we learned much about cattle farming and life in general in this lovely part of the country. Lovingly decorated rooms.

We had an excellent meal which we enjoyed together with the host. Piet had very interesting things to tell about the country, this was one of the highlights of my trip.
In the evening, huge swarms of small birds came to stay for the night and leave again at sunrise. This was an amazing thing to watch.
The gravel road that leads to the farm from the main road is in very good shape.
That I couldn't stay longer this time.

Best thing about this property is the food. Stayed 2 nights and the breakfast and dinner we had would have to be the best we had in Namibia. All the places we stayed at had good food but this one even impressed my daughter who is a very picky eater. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. Property is an easy drive to to and from Etosha Park. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Marianna was an excellent host. We had interesting talks with her about many subjects.
We enjoyed the stay at a farmhouse (animals, cosy corners, books) as a pleasant alternative to a (more anonymous) lodge.
Noise of birds in the evening/morning (= out of control of the owners).

Very nice owner. Beautiful farm "off the beaten track". You get a good impression of how farmlife is like in Namibia.
It is not as close to the Anderson gate of Etosha as we had initially thought, but it can be reached with a regular car (no 4x4 needed).

Very lovingly and well-equipped accommodation close to Etosha Park.
Quiet location, very nice rooms, lovingly furnished central area and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Very attentive and helpful hostess. The food was so wonderful and plentiful. We would come again.

Extremly friendly owners, food was outstanding, rooms are cosy, great value for the money, I recommend homemade rusk, which is very tasty, it's not that far from Etosha, about a half hour drive.

Good breakfast, packed some days, nice cool room , very welcoming hosts, dinner as a group very wide ranging conversation. Lovely cooling pool, it was 38C - just what we wanted.

Only a short drive from Etosha, the place is very well located.
We had a wonderful time in Tarentaal, discussing with the owners. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated and the food was superb !

I was very impressed by the lodge, the lady was very friendly,food was well served and on time, excess to everything we needed was fine, no complaints from our site. Service like that is rare in our country.

We were a group of 2 couples and we all loved staying at Tarentaal Guest Farm. We were booked in for 4 nights thinking we might only stay for 3 but after the first night we knew we’d stay the full 4 nights.
It’s about 38 km outside the gate to Etosha National Park. We did not mind the drive and went to the park every day.
It has a nice little pool great for a quick dip after a hot and dusty trip into the park.
The food was FANTASTIC and we had wonderful conversations with the owners every night.
We were treated like guests of the family not just tourists.
We highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Etosha.

Wonderful and very friendly owners. The rooms are very nice and the food is outstanding! I highly recommend this place. If you plan on only staying one night, you will regret afterwards not having booked more nights..... :-)
