The location is very good. The hotel located in a nice garden very looked after. you feel you are almost in the nature as it facing the river. the staff is very helpful and the rooms were very big and clean .

The breakfast is too expensive.

Old and run-down. Horrendous basin taps were enough to spoil my stay. Lights dont work. Very overdue for refurbishment. Aircon old and noisy.

A quiet and well-run hotel located in pretty gardens. The staff are helpful and personable and the overall feeling is a country hotel yet within quick reach of Maun's airport and centre. Highly recommended.

The hotel is plagued by mosquitoes, I killed at least 30 (counted!) in the room before going to sleep. The hotel is tired in real life and looks better in the photos. Not sure it’s good value for money.

The hotel is rundown and needs a refurbishment. The drawers in the room cabinet were broken and the general decor was in need of am update. The swimming pool water was cloudy and uninviting

The location was excellent for our requirements and airport pick up superb. Food was excellent. Could eave our luggage for a few days.

The rooms are a bit outdated but serviceable. Although the food was good the actual restaurant is very basic.

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The WiFi was consistently good.

We ordered dinner from the restaurant. The quality of the food was very poor. There are a number of nice places in town so I suggest people go there instead. The room and area around it had an odd, bad smell. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the adjacent rooms all night. The shower was not great and only had a trickle of hot water on the last morning. Apart from really nice and professional staff there is very little to recommend this hotel IMO.
