The location is great and the rooms/cabins were nice.

We had booked a full day safari with etosha Village, however the safari ended at 2.30pm, whereas it should have concluded by 5-6pm. They charged us for the full day. Also booking other activities such as stargazing or sundowners with them was a struggle. They would only take a booking if there were atleast 4 people for an activity. Clearly since there was no value for money experienced in the safari, people were not taking these options. As a result, despite being here we were not able to do any of the activities. Overall we found that the staff had a bit of attitude, which is not something we experienced throughout our trip to Namibia.

We had a really good stay here. Good to have individual covered parking right outside our room and very large room with 2 separate outside seating areas as well. The food was all really good quality with freshly cooked options to have and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location for entry into Etosha Park.

We were there on the 31st of december. Obviously the kitchen had tried to present a special buffet for that evening. That has been a bad idea. It was not very tasty and most items ere finished within 1 hour. Better stick to normal composition

1) very expensive for the experience that is offered. Sure its near Anderson Gate but there are other lodges within 20 minutes drive of the gate that are much cheaper and are more comfortable. 2) the road to the resort and to the bedrooms was very rough for a saloon car. 3) the bedroom was very plain, lacked character and interest. 4) the staff demonstrated little passion for their work.

Friendly staff, dinner was well prepared and with many options to choose from. Cabins were comfortable and clean! Location is optimal for Etosha National Park!

The location of the lodge was perfect: it took us only 2 minutes to drive to "Andersson's Gate" (the entrance to Etosha National Park). We booked our stay on booking.com for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. This is exactly the package we needed to fully enjoy our visits to "Etosha National Park". We had a small problem when the first room was assigned to us, then the second room with the loud noise of the air conditioning. Ruswina at the front desk was very patient and decided to accompany us to inspect the third room to make sure it was in perfect condition; this is where we noticed that she knows what is best for her guests. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. And the view is well clear to enjoy the beautiful sunset from our little balcony. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet are very good. The choice of buffets is very varied and hot drinks with cookies (the best homemade!!!) are available at all times. Every evening at dinner we had the chance to taste the different types of game meats on the grill and it was a great discovery. All of the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance. You can see that it is an international service, as we noticed that there are many foreign tourists, especially from Europe. We were very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. We are sad to leave but we will come back one day. We would like personally to thank Ruswina and Valencia for making our stay so pleasant and pampered. We highly recommend this beautiful lodge to our family and friends and for those who are visiting the "Etosha national Park"!

Generally all was well.

The fact that the buffet variety was solely meat - game or beef most of the time. It would have been nice to have some chicken or fish. Plus additional sides besides potato, rice and noodles.
